I too have received calls from a "Daniel Parker" saying that I needed to pay 175.16 or i was going to jail!  I googled this number and I saw that other people were bound scammed by them too!  So I called them back to get their business name and I was given the name "Barry and German" but when I googled it nothing came up!

This is the same scam payday loan collection scam they have been doing for years.They can do nothing to you.Its a total scam

At first i thought it was real, until i did my research and found out it was a scam,801-693-2251 calls my job and said it was a emergency and needed to speak to me, i called them back and it was a guy named John Marshall saying he is from a payday loan company with no website saying that im going to get arrested if i don't pay a unpaid loan of $685 he said i had to go to a local convenience store or pharmacy store and purchase a Green Dot Money Pak in a hour he said if i don't i will get incarcerated, i hung up he called back again a hour later saying i will get arrested and was yelling and cursing, he has a very thick accent for a guy named john marshall,Be careful where you give your information...

8pm 6/2/2014   Just got the same call and threats everyone. I am regarding this call as a TERRORISTIC THREAT. I am informing the FBI. Everyone who has been writing to this page should do the SAME. If enough of us complain they will GET these idiots.

This man keeps calling wont tell me what company he is with. He just says it is regarding a payday loan and he needs to speak to mw or my attorney. He has called my work several times and has threatened to send the police if I do not send money to stop the proceedings.

These people are a***s!  I was recently hacked and now they are calling daily!

I got the same thing.  Then they called my cell phone back using 911! I am going to have to change my cell phone number that I have had forever.

Thanks for all the info i just feel like a fool i should have known. But all i kept thinking of was my kids and my job. They even told me i had a clean record and they could help me if i paid i was so scared because they called me at my job.

I got a phone call at work today from the sam people. Not english speaking should have known something was up but i freaked out when they said about being arrested at my job. Stupid me borrowed the money from a friend and paid using a green dot money pack. Please if any if you have any info it would be greatly appreciated. I have young children at home thats why i freaked. Please help thanks

I got 2 on my voice mails on my phone from 2 different numbers saying the same thing.... 801 area code and 860 area code. Pisses me off cause they called my job today. What are these people thinking? They cant speak English!  If I get fired over these freaks, They better have an attorney!....LMAO

They keep calling my cell and my job saying the same thing. They said they didn't need my lawyers info just bring them to court when I go. Then he was yelling and hung up on me. I said something about not receiving a letter in the mail he didn't like that either.

Guy called saying they were issuing a warrant for my arrest for bank fraud, theft by deception, etc...for some unpaid loan.  He said I had returned charges from my bank etc...He said he was from Utah and I would see what happened.  I just said bring it on and he said I better have a lawyer!!!! LMAO!
