No message 90% of the time. Only time there was a message it said, "This is Mrs. Murphy and it is important you call TODAY to avoid a law suit." I find this interesting as I pay everything - and I mean everything - in cash at time of purchase.
Has to be a debt collector who has purchased paper from somewhere and is trying to collect on it. They call at least 20 times a day and do so on auto-redial every few minutes.
My advice... unless you know the ID of the caller: DO NOT ANSWER!
