Please file a compliant with the FCC.  Strayer's soliciting techniques are ruthless and unscrupulous.  I've repeatedly told them my number is on the DNC list, yet I receive calls...  Almost like clock work.

I filled out an incomplete application for a rent to own advertisement and they called me back within 10 min explaining information about their program. I answered a question they asked and they immediately hung up. So I was thinking it was a scam

It's Strayer University. They've been calling me Non-stop since I filled out stuff online requesting info about taking classes online. I told them I only wanted info about their classes and I won't be able to sign up for a few years. But they won't stop calling OR even leave a voicemail. It's starting to really P*** me off!

Received a call from this number during the afternoon.  I didn't answer and they did not leave a voicemail.  I have received several random phone calls from various numbers this week alone.  The other numbers: 703-818-6700 & 513-342-1017.  It is getting to be extremely annoying!

I've officially turned off the ringer to a brand new never circulated landline due to these calls....war dialing is what it is and I can only use this phone for outgoing calls now! It's hopeless.

They called and asked if I wanted to come back to school. I am a youth under 16 and do not want to receive these calls.

well here we go again..I have just been complaining about a similar number down here in the Houston area. 832 531 7855, and within 2 minutes this number calls with no answer on other end or no voicemail either.
Ironic though that I actually looked at Strayer Uni online, so if it was them I may decide to chose another school now...HAHAHAHAHA thats at least $35,000 lost for my Masters degree..great stuff...fools

i think it was strayer. that sounds right. they reached my voicemail but all i heard was murmuring. they were probably following up to an application i submitted online for next year

Sayer University.  Online school or something.  Calling for some woman I don't know.  Just tell them you don't know the person, they'll quit calling eventually.

the company just uses this number and 1-877-874-5811 as well.  Search the web on 899.notes and you'll find a similar issue as this one.  They change company names and numbers around to try and hid, but are the same people operating from the same location.    It is impossible to file a complaint the local Better Business bureau that should deal with them, and no agency will even visit their call center location which has been traced back to by some savvy internet guys:

The phone # above is 100 percent  accurate.  The address is likely correct but I'm not a local FL resident and can't confirm it myself.   They are obviously part of an organized crime group that has enough "top cover" that you can't get anyone to look into this.  I seriously can't get a single law enforcment agency to visit the address and ask questions.      If you follow what they tell you they talk you on to a website that gets info to commit Identity theft.  Look up what i've said on 800.notes for 1-877-874-5811 (different number, same people) on page 21 for more information and solutions for at least feeling better about the problem if you can't solve it.  Doing what I can.  Need help from people willing to work together with me though.  e-mail me at cmmcgo@yahoo.com if your interested.

I've been getting phone calls from this number at all hours of the day and night for the last 6 days. It's driving me crazy. I answer and theres no sound, but when i dont answer they dont leave a voicemail. If anyone knows who this number is please let me know.

Its getting annoying they call and call and when I answer, nothing, no voice mail either when i ignore there call.

It is a scam actually.
