Call came in at 10:23AM EDT today, 20 May 2008.  Caller ID showed "(801)744-9518" and the name "Echopass."  I let the call go to the answering machine but no message was left.  A Google search revealed an Echopass website.  The website states "Echopass Corporation provides advanced IP-based call and contact center solutions as a service for mid-to-large enterprises and government agencies through its unique EchoSystem service integration platform" and "The company is headquartered in Pleasanton CA. For additional information, please visit www.echopass.com or call 1-888-622-5345."  I am an individual and am not in need of contact center solutions, so I can only expect that the call was a phishing expedition.

Call was to my cell phone (number registered with "Do Not Call") and it disconnected as soon as I answered.
