My caller calls in the middle of my busy work day... Kills time with talk about this scratch off card and wants to know when it can be delivered without telling me that it is gonig to cost me more time once they bring it. Once I started asking question, I told her I was not interested in receiving such a card and that I didn't like the way they do business. I had all I had to say/ needed to hear, so I hung up the phone. She called back and, since I let it go to voice mail, she left me a message telling me I am a very rude girl. Let me see, she calls me in the middle of work to waste my time and I am the rude one? I have to say, she got me laughing on that one!!! I called the number she called from and left a message about her behavior and also asked to be taken off their call list... I guess we will see what happens.

Answered and got silence until robodialer connected to boiler room employee. She then confirmed my number (but apparently did not have my name). Identified as "Federal Financial Group" and offered to send a prize package to me for completion, at which point I hung up and reported the call to the state attorney general's Do Not Call List prosecution team.

I am a Receptionist for a car dealer and I get calls from this number frequently. I have to screen calls, so I ask the callers first name she tells me something I cant even spell, than I ask may I have your last name she says nothing, I ask two more times for her last name she still says nothing, so she gets an Internal Hold. Call came in from IMS (801)-748-0791. She started in by asking for the office manager. I said "that's me." She told me I had won a scratch off card and could win one of several items. I started butting in and asking her what size the TV was. She didn't know, then I asked her if it was Color or Black & White. She said Color. When she started in again I butted back in asking if it ran on batteries or did it use regular house current. She said she thought it ran on regular house current. I said Damn I wanted the one that used batteries and hung up.
