I'm also a Chase business customer ... got pop-up while logged into Chase online doing some business to participate in a survey, replied "No, thanks".  Phone rang about 5 mins after I logged off ... bet it was Chase, those little buggers!

Telemarketer survey claiming to be on behalf of Chase Bank
Called Thursday Aug 29 2013 9:18am on my mobile phone -I did not answer - They did not leave a message.
I called back and heard a recording stating that this is a telemarketer survey on behalf of Chase Bank with a number to call for further information.
I am a Chase customer.

2nd spoof call from a supposed Chase number today. first number was 800 733-4440. i don't answer out-of-state calls, it's usually someone selling something no one needs.

Called back 801 877 3853, instant menu voice that says Chase Survey Line, and to call back another number.

waste of time, but probably not a scam. probably a 3rd company that chase utilizes for feedback. you can speak to the CEO of Chase, and he probably has no clue of what companies Chase employs for odd reasons.

received a call today, didn't answer, no message left.

Echoing comments here. Call, no message and then googled the number to here.

They called my sister's phone number where I used to live, but moved away nearly 2 years ago. They left a voice message, saying they were USAA Bank.  I am a customer of USAA.  I updated all of my contact info with them when I moved into my new home and have my mortgage through them.  If the caller was USAA, they would know my current phone number. The real USAA calls my new phone number when they need to speak with me.

Received call at 10:54 am today. Did not answer.

Called me today. I immediately burst into tears, told the male on the other end of the line that I was just informed by my pediatrician that I had contracted anal tuberculosis and was given just 8 days to live. I told him I could muster the strength to speak to him though, but he would have to endure my sobbing and thrashing about. Line was silent before I finished the sentence.

Ignored the call and got no voice mail. I'm a Chase customer. If this is a scam, I can't believe how long it's been going on with the same phone number. This thread began a year ago!

Just got a call, I could not answer my phone.  I did not recognize number and they did not leave a message.  I looked the number up and now I see it is yet another scam!  Thanks for the warning!

This morning a call from 801-877-3853 called our office claiming to be conducting a survey from Chase Bank.
I just finally got off the phone with the bank's fraud department. There is no survey being conducted for Chase as reported. They must be a scam & appropriately so, he told me that he was forwarding this number to try to get this number shut down. That's all we can do on our end as well as to keep forwarding the phishing/scam emails we get via the computer. Do what someone said earlier & screen all of your calls. If a caller really wants to speak to you they will leave you a message & that way you can follow up if it's legit & you feel like it.

Called again today.  Did not answer.

Please tell them NOT to call again!!

they said they were a survey from chase asked me my name and to rate the bank services from 1-10 but what was wear was that they keep on trying to record my name and verify my name which is not something you care about in a survey.

If this is a scam, it's a useless one. They asked me for no personal information, just opinions of chase services.

Called our office at 9:43 AM. Caller ID listed number only. They hung up before they successfully navigated our IVR. Usually when Chase calls we see their name on the Caller ID, so this is likely a scam as reported previously. Noticed I had reported them this summer as well.

Just got a call from this number and did not answer.  After reading these posts I am glad I didn't.  I do not use chase bank at all.

Called my cell number. Didn't answer after reading info on this web site about this number, they did not leave a message.  I am also a Chase customer.
