I got mutiple calls from an "unknown" number referring me to return their call to the number listed above. The messages were very rude and kind of scary - "you have a charge and case filed against you... this is your only notification and failure to return this call will result in moving forward with charges... you have officially been notified" - woman called me SEVERAL times to my cell phone as well as several time at work. I spoke w/ her when she called my work phone and let know I would return the call on my lunch break as she couldn't give me ANY partiucalr information as to what this was regarding.

Called the number back and the name of the company is "South West" and they are a creditor collecting a previous unpaid pay day loan I had with Check'n'Go. The company was actually very nice and helped me with options. I complained about the messages and they said that is a third party who is responsible for getting in contact with the person on file and have been known to abuse their authority and scare people. The noted my complaint and I was actually told they do not wish to conduct business that way and will take care of the matter.

Sorry for the long explanation. Just wanted you to know my experience and the representatives from South West were actually very nice and helpful debt collectors... surprisingly.
