I called the number back, auto answered as a reward site because I visited one of their "affiliates".  Said to press 1 to get a free $100 gift card or 2 to add my number to the DNC list. Hope it works!

called last night at 8:58pm. i did not answer. do not know who it is.

This came to my company's cell phone which has never been published.   And any phone call at 8:00 p.m. (after working hours) is suspicious and I won't touch the phone...so I don't know who/what called.
