WHAT a MORON!!! The VM says the "Medical Alert System" is PrePaid and they are trying to confirm shipping information. The voice mail left says the system is prepaid. Then the next INSULT was trying to confirm shipment info by pressing '1', or 'Press 5' to Cancel Shipment, Gee am I STUPID??? I'll press a key just so you'll know I am alive!!! The option to the only person I would have thought about ordering a "Medical Alert" system for passed away over three years ago. SLOW shipment or bonehead SCAM!!! I'll let you decide.
