It's just a survey from Smith's Corporate Office in Utah. Their address is 1500 S. Redwood Road. They say they're calling from Kroger because Kroger bought Smith's years ago.

They will not say anything when I answer.   Am getting tired of them calling.

I tried to pay the return check that I knew about via their automated system. It wouldn't take my prepaid credit card which I know for fact had over $400 on it. So when I called to let them know about the payment being in the mail because I sent them a money order. The lady informed me that I owed them for a return check fee on another check. I told her to subtract the 60 cents for the money order fee that I had to spend thanks to their automated system messing up and bill me the rest if they want their money.

Calls continues and never leaves a message. this is harrasing

Kroger co. they own turkey hill and a bunch of other companys.  You probably had a bad check!

I got the call, it hung up and Im not calling them back, I do not use check and have not shopped at Kroger so I do not know why they would be calling me.

This is the Kroger check collection group. They are using an automated dialer that is programmed to hang up as you pick up so that you will call back for info and they GOTCHA with that. Then you are forced to talk to them about paying for your check. Heck with 'em I'll pay 'em when I get paid in two weeks!
