Received two calls from this number today! One at 10:04 am, CST; the other at 1:00 pm, CST. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer either time, nor did this number leave a voicemail message. It shows up as Vail, Emma S., from White River Junction, VT. I know no one who lives in Vermont! Emma S. Vail, I have reported this name, number, and location to my State's Attorney's Office. Do NOT call again!

This number is a spoofed number. Please contact your State Attorney General and file a complaint for telephone harassment. Be sure to mention that this number has been calling tens of thousands of people doing the exact same thing.
If you speak with a voice behind the number, let them know that the US Dept of Justice has uncovered exactly who they are and their exact location.

Got a call from this number and answered it. Could not quite hear or understand man on the other end. I said "Excuse Me?" twice to which he replied "Oh my god!" and hund up. I tried calling back and operator said number was not in service.

That list has nothing to do with hiding your phone number. It is put on a list and purchased by Registered with the FTC TElemarketers so that they know not to call you.

Got a call from this number and they didn't leave a voice mail. How do people still get my number when I put it on the Do Not Call Registry? That list is worthless, apparently.
