This is a scam and should be reported to the Attorney General. The caller said they were from the "Vehicle Processing Center," and they proceeded to tell me my warranty was expired on my vehicle, and they asked for my mileage. When I asked how they got my info, they hung it. The number on my caller id was a fake phishing number and did not originate in Vermont despite the 802 area code.

Just got that "extended warranty" call. This guy spoke English and had no accent...
Offered to extend warranty on my 2008 Saab....stupid people!! Saab sold to GMC, then to European company. I think China is now building one for the foreign market.
Yes, he seemed to have current info; I was just at my Saab dealer last week..they must be able to hack into dealer info...beware!

Got a call this morning about my car warranty. Think they were phishing for info. Very, very poor English. Hung up on them. Call registered on caller ID 802-369-3037.  

Spam calls trying to sell extended auto warranties. Repeated calls from this number on my cell phone even after I told them no..They never leave message and when I return the call to pester them, the message says office is closed and to call back between 8am - 4pm Pacific Time, even though that is within the hours I try to return call. :~/ Companies and people who work for them are the scum of the earth. They should be tied naked to an ant hill and covered in maple syrup!

No reputable company would conduct themselves in this manner. These calls are nothing but harassment !!!

It's been one of those days, saw an 802 number figured it may be someone I know, answered to be queried about my warranty by someone with quite broken English.  Had my make, model and VIN, guessing they've had a look around the Vt DMVs recent registration and sales files. Figured what the heck, might as well blow off some steam.  Had fun continuously insulting the idiot for a good 5 minutes.

I received this call and was asked to speak to my husband.  I said "No" and they asked if I was Mrs.  I did not reply to this and asked who I was speaking with.  She asked again if I was Mrs.  I proceeded to ask again who I was speaking with and silence.  I told them I am on the no call list and they are not to call again and that I am reporting the number.  

Calling to sell extended vehicle warranty.. Wont stop calling after telling them repeated times to take me off their list.

They keep calling me as well, and when i call back it says to call back during the day between 8 and 4pm.. they called at 3:59.. JOKE

Just got a call from a woman who barely spoke English - she knew the year, make and model of my car and said she was calling about the warranty. I asked who she worked for and she said "not the marketing department." I hung up on her.

Thanks... just got a call from these clowns and let it go to VM and they left no message... called them back and no info on their VM... thanks... scammer for sure.

I spoke with him.  They "own" my car warranty, so he says.  We don't have a warranty, we're long out of the new car warranty and he was trolling for info I wouldn't give.  But I trolled harder for info from him and he hung up not wanting to provide it.  Safe bet they are trying to sell you something you don't need.  ps.  Marginal English skills
