Saldi could care less if he had the right person/debtor. As long as he sucked the money out of them like the bottom feeding pig that he is.. p.s. his son aint much better
v.d.1 2014-06-25 04:57:09 Unknown
You worked there and you have'nt figured how this wop did this?
vinnie D'malice 2014-06-14 03:57:19 Unknown
Hay, sli flea bag, you are probably twice the crook that this guy is. Heh.. heh.. by the way, do they owe you $? Ah well, too bad they just got shut down! Haha!
v.d. 1 2014-06-14 03:48:16 Unknown
So did I. To bad they had to do it their way, for them.. that is. Heh.. heh.... however, with these jerks out of the way, it's an open market ladies and gentlemen. The next time I tell someone how to run a private collection firm, I would suggest they listen! Ho ho ho!

My company used A&S for several years. After several customers complained about their tactics, we began to investigate. After realizing they were treating our customers badly, not collecting very successfully and NOT paying us for funds that they had collected, I decided to pull the plug. After requesting a full accounting of all accounts, I received this accounting with a list of checks I have never received and a new check totaling over $7K for funds I had not received over the last two years. Unfortunately, that check bounced, no one answers the phone and the business location is empty.
The good news is that I doubt A&S will bother many my customers any more.

I have been tryin to call them to make my scheduled payment. I even tried faxing a note to them to call me. The 802-433-2100 number rings, the fax 802-433-2124 just rings, never connects, and the 800-660-6642 is busy all the time. How am I supposed to keep to our agreement when A&S collection Associates, Inc is not holding up to their end??
V.D.1 2014-05-06 15:44:56 Unknown
Well folks just like I said many times before... A&S has fallen, is fallen, and will continue to fall until they are no more. HEH...HEH... TAKE THAT YOU SLIMY WOP SALDI. P.S. YOUR WIFES P**SY STINKS AND TASTES LIKE A**

The same thing has happened to me! almost near to a T!! The keep threatening to turn it over to a collection agency and when the manager yelled at me and told me I was avoiding payment I told her Damn straight, I WILL NOT pay rude people especially when I haven't received any notice!! And they continued on the tell me that I probably threw it away with my junk mail...? I go through ALL mail regardless of it being petty or not. And now they continue to call me. Did you end up paying? How did you resolve!
Stephanie 2013-03-08 18:05:38 Unknown
File a complaint with the Attorney General in Vermont. I did and they are investigating. Next step is filing legal action.

i worked for a&s for years and the sprint bills really did seem like a scam even to me... my boss travis farnham claimed they bought all the old accounts from sprint but they could never get any proof of any of the debts... its a shady place for sure. i will say that 95% of the bills they are trying to collect are legit, although their practices may not be.

File a complaint to the Attorney General he is trying to be re-elected and needs your vote. His name is Bill Sorrell his email is info@billsorrell.com or contact his opponent at TJ Donavan

I have an old bill that is about 6 years old now. It has been written off. I just started recieving calls from A&S They keep telling me to pay my bill. If it has been written off then that means they want the money for themselves. I am on permanent dissability and have very little to live on. I have this go phone that I keep enought mins on to keep in touch with my son in the Navy. I am going to get in touch with my dissability laywer and see if she can get these calls stopped. This is rediculous. I fight depression as it is without this crap.

I would bet money that you made the pay off deal verbaly over the phone, no written contract !
Assuming this, you deserve what you get from them. Anytime you deal with anyone in todays world you get the deal in writing !
When you send them anything by mail, send it return receipt requested.
Faxing something, e-mailing it, etc. does not stand up in court !
Lived and learn !
ahe 2012-01-02 05:15:01 Unknown
well, I do not believe being called a low life scum bag who is trying to cheat the system and make everyone else pay my bills for me because I am lazy and a piece of sh** is a way to talk to anyone when you are doing business, and I am sure that the owner was not standing there scripting them on what to say..especially when I have proof that the bill was paid in full from several different documents, including the cancelled check from myself and insurance company with account number date and signature of Doctor stating I did not pay..

I got a call from them saying I owed Sprint money from 2003. I do recall getting a letter once a few years ago, so I think they are a collection agency.
v.d. 1 2011-06-06 20:59:09 Unknown
friend, you sound like you know these birds pretty well. sort of like you used to work there, heh heh.

A&S Collections Associates is a bucket shop. If you have a problem with them, file a civil lawsuit in state or federal court. You don't need an attorney, you can do it yourself. Under the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act, you can sue them for up to $1000, plus attorney's fees if you can find an attorney to take your case. A&S Assoc uses tactics such as harrassment and repeated phone calls to get the consumer to pay. These tactics are successful, but you can fight back. Put the ball in their court, and watch them squirm. Good luck.

A& S Collections is a legalized mafia. Back in the 1990's Ronald Saldi, Sr. ran International Collections and was shut down by the Attorney General because of fraudulent business practices. He turned the business over to his cocaine, marijuana and gun selling son, Ronald Saldi, Sr. Who was ordered out of the business in 2008 for fraudulent business practices. Which is the least of his worries right now. He was arrested in 2008 by federal agents for selling cocaine, marijuana and guns. While out on bond awaiting trial he was arrested again in March 2009 for the exact same thing. He has turned the business over to his daughter, Nicole, who has not fallen very far from the tree. A&S Collections is under investigation by every government agency that can investigate them. Their collection agency licenses have been revoked by numerous states. They may not even have a license to be doing business. If you have a problem with them please write: Mr. Elliot Burg, State of Vermont Office of the Attorney General, 103 B Morrill Hall-UVM, Burlington, VT 05405.

yes these folks own we haul moving, midnight moving, ect. They never showed up to move me, sent me to a collection agency owned by the same company. Mr. Saldi has a nephew named Stefano DiSorbo. A&S is Anna and Stefano Collections. I am making an offical complaint.
goodmetasyn 2011-06-06 20:59:09 Unknown
The owner of A&S Collections was arrested in Williamstown, Vermont in March 2008 for cocaine, marijuana and gun charges. Arizona court case #09F-BD005-BNK revoked their collection agency license. So you see these are just all around good people.
