I've been receiving calls from this number and I finally answered. He stated his name was Tony Anderson and I owed a payday loan for not re-paying the money. He said they were filing charges against me for theft of services and malicious something smh. Keep in mind I'm a police officer in my city, so I know the laws. I told him the payday loan was from 2008/2009 and I repaid it back. I even told him I had my bank send me my bank statements from the months where I took out the loan and It showed that the money was repaid. He then theatend me that I owed them $503 and my license was getting suspended and I shouldn't drive. He told me what type of car I had smh. I told him my lawyer has been waiting for "the paperwork" but still has not received any. He said he was filing charges with "county" and I can prove this in court. This is a scam!!!! It's sad people are allowed to do this, but I'm ready to fight back.... Do not give him money guys. Let him prove his case against you!

This "Tony Anderson" appears under a lot of phone numbers on 800notes.  His accusations are basically stupid.  He is using some sort of device to mask his voice, and I'm nearly 100% sure he is an Indian scammer.  He's a lousy scam artist, but these Indian scammers are starting to use masking devices that just about totally mask the Indian accent.  They are also using American voiced robo statements.   Still their threats are so stupid that I don't really think they are fooling anyone. Like the DL threat.  Who'd fall for it?

recieved a call from this number saying that exact same thing. this is not right and someone needs to stop this scam artist!

Just got this robocall 1 hour ago. I figured it was a scam which is why I looked it up. I had the same incident to occur about 2 months ago and when I called back I pretended to be an attorney and used terms such as 'you are violating code xxx'. Must have worked for that one because I haven't heard anything else. This Tony Anderson robocall is a different one. I'm ignoring the message. I'm not in the mood to play with them!

Received a phone message today stating that they are ready to file to charges against me in county court to have my drivers license suspended an I need to contact the attorney Tony Anderson who is handling this case.  First of all this clown did  not identify himself, his law firm or company that he works for, nor did he say who is wanting to talk to.  He is a complete idiot.  He is calling from West Rutland, Vermont an I live In West Texas.  Just another scammer trying to make a dishonest dollar.

Its funny because, I just received the same call from the same idiot stating my cars I drive, the number plate, year model, colors and insisting I shouldn't drive anymore because my license is suspended. What a fool, he want me to call his office to settle whatever the hell who knows that he's talking about. The only thing that piss me off is the idiot disturb my peaceful sleep and I wish to get my hands on his neck and choke him for calling my phone and harrassing me, twit. I google tony Anderson and his phone number is different from what that idiot claims. It looks like he is in the same state as that real Attorney Anderson which is Vermont Virginia. Just ignore that fool, he ain't worth it.

I have been receiving voice messages on both my cell and my work phone for the past 2 weeks stating there are 2 charges being readied to be filed and that my driver's license will be revoked, if I have one.  I'm supposed to call Mr. Tony Anderson, the attorney in charge of my case or have my attorney contact him.  Really????  This is SO against the law.  I am reporting to the FTC and my state Attorney General.  This crap has got to stop,.

I received the same message on my cell phone and on my work phone, both last night.  What this person is doing is illegal and I have already reported him.  He cannot have anyone driver's license suspended first of all, and second of all it's up to him to prove any alleged filings.  THIS IS SCAM - and if he is truly an attorney he needs to have his bar license revoked.  Report him to the Bar in the state he is calling from.

This guy called me a while ago and I asked for information, and didn't get it. Called me again 3 months later and I called back and left a message. He never called back. And he called me today with the same automated message. And falsified bank info. I have had the same account at the Same bank for the last 8 years. Also he tried to tell me that they tried to deliver papers to me and couldn't find me. Im a stay at home mom, I'm home most days all day long!!!!

I got the same message today and last week. I did not return his call yet because the robo caller said I needed to contact the attorney handling my case who happens to be tony anderson.I am sure he probably is pretending to be an attorney. If he is rude that is one hint that he is not who he claims to be and since when does an attorney have the power to suspend any bodies license over some banking situation.  I have been receiving calls over six years from different people claiming to be preparing to file charges against me. I reported  there names and numbers to FTC and told them that if they have any papers for me to put them in the mail and then they will find out who my attorney is. Oh yeah, they even had the nerve to say you or your attorney should contact them, that is the last thing they want. Report them to FTC and tell them exactly what they said to you. It is against the law to threaten legal acitons when you have no intentions to do so.

This Tony Anderson person is FOS, literally.  NO ONE can revoke your driver's license unless it's done by a Court of Law and certainly not for allegedly owing some money.  He is breaking the law by making the threats by phone and not providing the information requested when asked.  It's pure and simple harassment.

Changes numbers.  When you ask them to mail you information, it never shows up.  This morning was the rudest.  They screamed into the answering machine.  Oh yeah, that's the way to get people to answer you.

This guy Tony Anderson who I think is posing as an attorney and uses several different numbers has called me today from this number left message stating he was going to file charges for 2 falsefied banking documents and have my drivers license suspended.  I have talked with him on 2 occassion and he was very rude and would not provide me any information.  Has anyone else had problems with this guy?
