I've have receive call from this rude company for the last 4 months.  The first time, I got thru to a real saleman (Rhode Island).  They call from Texas, then if you stay on the phone, they get a saleman to call you back.  I talked to the saleman (after pretending that I wanted the service), they they seem legit in their product (in my oppinion it's too pricey).  But I've since confronted them and asked them to not call me again, the calls stop for about a month.  It started up again.

Searching around, this company has a bunch of number that is "spoofed" and is immune to the Do Not Call service.

I will try to get more on this company and will bring it to the my State Attorney General Office Site.  I've files one out already but have not heard back.  If we get call from "Security Solution" and we follow thru with it to get their true Company Info, we can all send a message to our local state AG.  When you talk to them, pretend that you are interested in their service and try to get to the next level supervisor/saleman (DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY REAL PERSONAL INFO - eg. only give out your Zip/Town - no personal info)

They have our number already, opting out doesn't work! so let see if we can get back at them.

Call 267-798-7013  this is the supervisor who sets up the installation for the security systems that they are trying to push down our throats by calling every day.    When I answered the strange number one day they offered a free home security system. This women called me to set up the installion and said she is the supervisor for peerless network the installation company for the free GE home security system.   Call and tell her you want the system installed and she will think she has a sale   Try to get more info to post so they will stop this robo calling

My caller ID said "telemarketer"

Call came in at 11:35 am ... caller ID displayed "telemarketer" ... I assumed it was scam/fraud, but cannot report what the call was about ... I said hello and got dead air ... NOT a disconnect, just no msg, no voice etc.
other than some line crackling .... waited (w/timer in hand) 3 minutes then I finally hung up.
If this call was about security system: I've also received calls on 12/12/12 from (???) 654-8429; 12/14/12 from 603-689-9692 (2 on same day about 6 hours apart); and on 12/15/12 from 347-502-2571 ... although each of these calls had some sort of prerecorded message.

They call and call and call...it does no good to tell them to put you on "their" do not call list, they keep calling.  We got one 12/13, and then again today 12/18.  I'll report it to FCC, but as with everyone else, it seems futile...I'm going to my phone provider and put a block on the only phone number it's come in on so far, and I'll see if this works (at least temporarily).

This is the harassment and predatory techniques of  debt collectors from Safeguard America/SafeHome Security/Security Services/GE Security/Rapid Response Monitoring/ or what ever else they use to  not fully disclose who they are. For good reason, check Better Business Bureau Cromwell CT to get an idea of how unprofessional and unethical these companies and personnel are. They have no concept of what is customer service, what is service support, or what is faulty equipment. This is the most unprofessional and unethical company I?ve ever dealt with! You need to call the police when you see these crooks casing your neighborhood! Ignoring your no trespassing sign can actually get them into some trouble, but you must report it.

We had a man come to our front door selling ge security systems. My husband came out and told this man to leave that we have a no tresspassing sign and did he see it. The man left. Few days later got a call from this number with a recorded message that we have been selected to win a ge security system...I held on to this line for a few seconds after the recorded message was over and a mans voice came on and said I was fuc..ing Dic...head.  Very scary that they are watching people like this and scaming. Wish there were laws to put people like this away.

This people call under many different area codes and exchanges.  Some are outbound telemarketers who play a recording and if you respond with number 1 for interested an operator comes on the line.  One she decides that you are for real she either connects you to a person who  tries to sell you a service in your area or she has a sales person call you back. They call repeatedly. I have block numerous numbers but a new state oand/or area code appear the next time. They are sarcastic arogant sales peole if you go so far as to get to them to get a name, example, I asked the cost of the service monthly and the not so gentleman replied, Sorry if I dont give you the sanswers fast enough, just wait. Then he said something even ruder to another party about me. I hung up. Some calls are from Utah, others from the Carolinas, Virgina.  many different locations.  Others are from Mortgage companies as it states on the caller ID. Other time a live voice calls you.  It seems to me they use multiple telemarketing complanies.

These criminals called me this morning. Caller ID =service dept.  I keep reporting to state and federal DNC but the calls keep coming. The operator answered as Michael with security services, I told him to go away and die p**** and hung up. Does no good to ask them not to call, they just hang up on me.

Can't wait till the FCC hunts them down and stops them.  Scum of the earth!

Wow, I wish I had that much time to waste. Are you unemployed?  I just hang up when one of these idiots calls me, and go about my business.

Told me they are selling Honeywell Systems. maybe go to them. i reported the number to both the FCC and the Do Not Call web site. One of the telemarketers i talked to told me that they don't have to pay attention to the do not call list because they are giving away the security systems. then they try to sell you the monitoring on a monthly basis.

This is some kind of elder fraud, presumably selling home security systems, targeting older people. (Some bad data mining has resulted in a lot of telemarketers thinking there's a 90 year old at my number.)

They refuse to identify themselves (they told me they're called "Security Services" or "Security Solutions"--they alternated between the two, and said they're located in Phoenix AZ, then they kept reading back my phone number as theirs). The boy I spoke to on the line was trying to scare me, and in the background, I could hear other conversations that sounded like they were goading people as well. It honestly sounded like a bunch of tween boys having a slumber party and making crank calls.

These guys aren't under any illusion that they're offering legitimate services. They're strictly looking for gullible people to victimize.

This guy only wants to speak to elderly people, especially women who live alone, presumably to sell them 'security services' but more likely to tip off someone who will rip off the person he's calling. It's a scam, and possibly a dangerous one.

Help stop this scam before it hurts someone!

Doing about an hour of phone work, I found out this number (802) 488-3064 is provided thru CTC Communications Corporation, VT (NOT the CTC Communications corp in Canada).

Problem is the only local number [802-658-8864 in Williston Vermont] for Ctc communications corporation, VT is disconnected. I got an (800) number thru Centurylink [using 802-555-1212]. Thru many many loops, hurdles, and wrong numbers, I found out the telephone provider for this 'security company' [Ctc Communications] was bought out by Earthlink.

I confirmed this with Earthlink business at (800) 962-2488.

Next, I was tried to squeeze out the contact info for this "security" company twice, but Earthlink was tight lipped and required a subpoena. Earthlink charges $75 per hour for them to research, along with whatever your court costs would be [http://www.earthlink.net/about/policies/civil.faces].

So I kind of hit a dead end and im just blocking the whole area code to prevent further calls. Good luck whoever wants to pursue this further. I just doubt the $1,000-per-FTC-telemarketer-who-calls-after told-to-stop-and-after-you-are-on-the-national-do-not-call-list-cival-penalty 'thing' will be enough to pay all your legal, travel, and research fees.

I was kind of thinking of when they call having them come out and waste their time also getting the contact information for the 'company' but, as this is clearly a scam, its not very safe giving out your physical address to thieves.

I stopped dialing at (802) 488-3020. I believe this 'security company' has the whole (802) 488-30xx block (99  numbers).

(802) 488-3065 - 69 are all busy/not-in-service, as are 53 - 59, 43- 40, 39-31, 29- 24 and 20

I tried (802) 488-2060 just to see about the next block of number but it was for a completely different company and did not have a clue about any home security products.

Also, (802) 488-4060/62 were not in service (with a message saying so).
