Tried of these calls... All day & night!!!

Similar, they just keep calling, usually I don't have my phone with me, so it shows as a missed call, when I recognize the number, I try to call back,  but this one, for one I do not live in Sth Carolina, 2.I have never done any buisness with any company called,AmCol so how  could I possibly owe them money, 3. I have not gone to any Doctors or medical centers, in the U.S. for 20 years now, so how could any medical center be billing me,..isn't there a way to stop these harassing callers,..? Probabley this is just a waste of time,but it was usefull to now know who the caller is, and that there is no reason to return the call. thanks

They are very rude. They should just respect what a person says and hang up. The lady rep. was out of line and almost heard a earful from me. I was at work myself, so lucky her!!! :)

I received a call from this number.  They said nothing just a lot of heavy breathing after I said "hello" a few times they just hung up.  Reading the other posts, this is supposed to be a business calling, it sounded more like a call from a freak.

I don't mind someone calling if I owe money that's there job, but if this a real collection agency the least they can do is leave a message if no one answers.Thank goodness It's on my cellphone, so I don't answer if you are not going to be business like and leave a message then I can't be business like and answer the phone.

They call everyday! Why????? No one ever says a thing, How do I block this #?

I almost receive this number 8032173802 everyday.If you sail "hello",the calling will hang up immidately.
If you don't say anything,the calling will not say anything too.How can I stop this calling?

It is indeed Amcol, a collection agency. I went to their website, called the company, got a bill collector, gave the number they were calling and was told they were looking for someone who never had this number.  I complained loudly and was told they were removing my number from their list.

I receive 4 and 5 calls a day from them. I'm tired of them calling. They don't leave the phone ringing long enough, for one. 2) They never say a thing, when I do decide to answer. I've even played the keys, (stabbing various ones) for almost 2 minutes. So whoever it is, Collection or whatever, need to either say something, or leave me alone. There is a post office too. Ever heard of that?

QUIT CALLING AND HANGING UP MATTER OF FACT CEASE CALLING ME AT ALL !!!!!

Same here - calls over and over, when I answer, no one is there. Bad thing is, it is on my mobile work phone. Sure wish they would stop calling me.

They are collections agency for hospitals and health care providers.

I received 2 calls from them on my business phone. No message was left because they hung up. Don't know who they are looking for but I KNOW they have the wrong number as this number is only 2 days old from the date of this posting.

They call I answer and they hang up, they call me home and cell phone

I have received 3 calls from this #.  I do not answer any calls inwhich I do not recognize the number.  They never leave a message of any kind.  I do have one outstanding medical bill that is under dispute.  If they are calling for that, they should leave a message or quit calling.

Called my phone, did not say anything after I said "Hello?" twice. This number is associated with AmCol, a medical collection sevice, that despite making mothly payments to a bill in dispute, will still call.

I have been receiving calls from this number every few days for the last month. The following message is left on my answering machine: "An important message for". And that's all, just those four words.

Have been receiving calls for several months to my cell. Had answered when they first began calling my number and they asked for another person by name. Explained this is my phone and the person they were asking for is not at the number. Person said they would take my number off the list but have continued to receive calls from them

Who ever called from this number called a business phone and was breathing heavily in the background and never said a word.  You could tell they were working on the computer because you could here tapping on the key board.  If they called the wrong # they should have hung up but instead stayed on the phone without saying a word after the answering message left detailed instructions.  This was a business calling this line and I personally found the caller very unprofessional.
