I don't know who these people are. I don't know anyone in South Carolina. My cell phone number is supposedly on the Do Not Call list, but apparently that's a sham because this is the second unidentifiable number that's called me in the past month. I made the mistake of answering once with the other number and they called every day for two weeks. After that they stopped, and now these bozos are starting in. How can we report DNC violations if they don't say anything or identify the company? Very frustrating! And why bother calling people if you don't plan on doing anything more than playing an immature game of hangup? Makes no sense at all!
