ve had two calls from someone name erica micheals stating that by 4pm today my file will go out at 4pm and a felony warrant will be issued for my arrest.  i have no bad checks out and have not used checks for the last several years.  

received a voice mail stating some lady that i have no idea of who she is named me as a reference to a law suit against them. who is this and how do they get my information? to be safe do not give them any of your personal info!!!!

803-393-4590 called me and tried to tell me that they had a class action suit against a family member. Even left the file # on my v/m. I called her back only to advise that we do not associate with that family and haven't for over 15 years. I want to know how they got my cell# and full name.

These people are scammers.  I just recieved two phone calls from people threatening that there were serious allegations against a family member.  They would not take cash or check or give me there physical address.  Be aware, if they contact you and threaten you, do not give them any of your information at all.  They will steal from you!  They prey on elderly people in the hope of stealing their money.  I called them back and they yelled at me and told me they had GPS on my location and that they knew where I was.  I wasn't even the one they were calling about!  They told me they were employed by Check-N-Go.  That is a payday loan company!  Again, do not answer them or take them seriously in any way.
