At 1:23 pm EST on12/4/2013 we received a call with the ID shown as their phone number.  Screams scam.  We are on the do not call registry.  QUIT CALLING!!!!!

I received a call from this number but when i picked up - nothing

I love how these companies say that they are from Google or mislead you to believe that Google will be calling you like this.  The only time Google will call would be to verify your address.  That is usually after you create your google + local page.

What gets me even more is we are a LEGIT local online marketing company that actually help local businesses drive new & repeat business in their doors.  Yet they still call like I need this service or would even buy it this way.

left a half message while I was out. Something about google and yahoo. I called the number back and got a recording about press 1 to remove my number from their list. So I did.

traced called back to jacksonville, fl. Sprint line original # is 904-803-5637 when you call back. This is NOT GOOGLE it is a marketing company that still hasnt removed us from call list after multiple requests

Yet another google marketing call.  So annoying on a business cell phone.

Rang wireline. I picked it up by mistake. SEO. Robo recording about google and yahoo placement, my web site being in danger. I just happen not to have a web site. Imagine that. After about 10 seconds, I hung up. Number now blocked. Caller ID shows calling number as name of company

called my business cell and no message left...I do not answer out of area calls

Calls, recorded message for me to WAIT...........Heck no! Don't want GOOGLE placement, have BLOCKED them, but they still find a way through multiple numbers I guess. I will just keep blocking.

They kept calling when I wasn't home so I called back to see who they were.  I got a recording to press 1 to be removed from the caller's list.  I did so on Friday and the calls stopped.

Recvd vc msg asking for us to call about our company website, stating that the current url would be inactive and no one would be able to reach our business through our url

Great idea! I just got one of these phone calls, and the guy told me I was rude. I told him I get these calls all day long every day, and I just wanted to know what this was about. He was vague, and I pressed him for more information. He hung up on me.

I dug out my fax machine a few weeks ago and now I screen my calls, sending these calls to the fax to confuse their dialing computers.  

Scam, hit "2" from these jerks multiple times, still call.  PS, if a company used this service, they could face being dropped in their listings on Google.  Google has very strict policies about the types of actions offered by these companies.   Robo-clicks to boost rankings, etc...  All bad.

Just got the call, didn't pick it up. Caller ID had it coming in weird... the full number displayed was 803-563-7098035637090. Looked like two numbers strung together. There was a recorded message left about free business websites, then nothing. Glad I didn't answer.

Answered knowing full well that it was a scam call...I had a little time to eff with them so I pressed 1 to be connected.  I got a second recording asking me to press 1 again - which I did.  Some guy came on line and started babbling on about my "online presence" and how he could help me.  I responded that our internet was a little slow and asked him to help speed up our service.  He was still reading his script and asked what kind of business we were in.  I told him we were in the  "pimppin the 'hos' business."  Guess he doesn't like people effing with him...he hung up.

Have blocked ALL future calls from the 803 area code with our Digitone blocker.  Currently we have nearly 50 area codes blocked along with numerous full phone numbers.

Google folks representing a non-profit trying to raise money for condoms for homosexual convicts in prison to limit the spread of AIDS in our prison systems.

Yeah, these guys must need money bad to pay for their Christmas drugs and kiddie porn.  Called me 10 times today.  After the first call I just add them to my no ring list :).

Said they were Google, but when pressed, that they were a marketing company. The moment I said that their misrepresentation was fraudulent, they hung up!
