I just got the same email and when i opened it and clicked on the link it said that my application was suspended or something. I have never applied with them, this is absolutely a scam. Also i went through the cha cha site last night to try to work with them as a side job and i clicked on one of their side links where someone was giving away merchandise and it took me to a fake place. If anyone else has gone to any cite where there is an extra link the day before they recieved this email, I think it may be intertwined but I am not sure.

I just received the same email from Rock Jones Management and it's pretty obvious that it is a scam. Apparently it's a great scam they have, especially when you start looking back over months of posts saying the exact same thing. I admit I clicked the link to fill out the application, but didn't when I saw how unprofessional the site was, and the limited questions, allowing them just enough email to possibly get hacked or someone trying to steal identies. None of this happened to me yet, but Don't Open The Email as you may have problems down the road.

I, too, received this email, and it came from jennifereckel342@yahoo.com. Evidently, I must have responded to something earlier, because this email thanked me for my application(?) .... fortunately, I am not a novice on the internet, and will respond to things for the heck of it (my husband totally dislikes that - lol). I still have no clue what these people are interested in learning. I'm retired, so have not been online looking for work.
They really don't want to mess with me - lol - I'm a retired grandmother!!!! Yeah, I know, so threatening! :)

Yea, I got an e-mail from them. But I am currently looking for work. So I don't know exactly where I have applied to.They wanted me to do a credit report. (for free) then contact them, by clicking a link. I got suspicious and backed out. I decided to do a search of the company and ended up here.
Scamming criminals

HI, got this same msg today. Looks like they are up to their old tricks. Something seemed funny and I found all your comments. Have now deleted the msg! We did not apply to them either and it comes from a yahoo.com account. Not professional. thanks everyone!

I just received this same email. I never applied since I am unable to work right now. Trying to locate them on the Internet only yielded these types of information. This is the second hoax from a fake email or phone # today. I wonder if replying to this kind of thing encourages more of the same?

I got this e-mail about a month ago I thought it was a legitimate job inquiry. So I clicked on the link to fill out the app. until I saw the personal info they wanted and stopped. I then started to get harassed with follow up e-mails from them asking me to complete it. I blocked them and then they would send me another e-mail from some other e-mail I blocked it, and so on and so on. Now I just read another e-mail thanking my 74 year old mother for applying with Rock Jones Management!!! who are these people? and where did they get my mother's name? she does not know anything about computers. This is not something we should passively let happen to honest people who are looking for work. Somethings needs to be done.

I got this message today and it's definitely a scam, not much you can do about it, I always reply something rude and crude back to their emails, makes me feel better lol :)
| Karen 2011-12-14 18:21:43 Unknown |
got the same email. Tried to pull it up because I figured it may have been one of the online jobs I applied for, but the web address is totally fake. Somebody needs to do something better with their time besides trying to scam people.
| LL 2011-12-14 16:13:27 Unknown |

Certainly you can tell by messages from these good people that Rock Jones is a "band", no not a "Big Hair" band but a "band of thieves" pirateing information from ones as I looking for real work! Seems that this sort of bile oozes from false ads posted on job boards and most likely boards from Craigs List or alike and perhaps not job related as well. Good luck to all looking for real work!

Whp the hell are these people??
