The man who called from this number stated that he was a locator. He said his name was Ryan but could not tell me the name of the company he worked for. He said he needed to serve me papers and asked if there was another address other than my work address. Clearly this is some sort of scare tactic. He was surprised when I said "sure." He tried to give me a phone number to change the address but if all his job is to do is deliver the documents why should he care where it's delivered. These people are the scum of the earth. They are uneducated and prey on people who went to school and have good jobs. All they do is sit down all day and dial phone numbers. They have nothing better to do with their lives. I called the number back to speak to "Ryan" t0 let him know I would be available when he delivers the documents. I received a recording that said "the Department of Investigations does not accept incoming calls."  The Department of Investigations????  Really?  It was clearly his voice. I wonder why people don't get off their lazy behinds and get real jobs. I'm sure this Ryan character is trying to fuel his meth addiction. He probably has oily hair and pimply face. All of them are trash.

Nothing doing. No voices, computerized or human. Want it to stop.

This number calls my home several times a day and I want it to stop!!

I am receiving this call at least twice a day. I have not answered and will not answer a number that I do not know. This is annoying, but I will not answer.

This is the second call I received from this number saying I took an online survey which I did not, and received a Walmart gift card. I hung the phone up because I knew it was a scam

These people called me 5 times today.  I told them on the first call that I had the flu and was too sick to talk.  Called me again and again I told them I was sick.  Just today alone they called 5 times, did they think I was going to have a speedy recovery for them?  Sick of these fake companies trying to get my ID and personnal indormation.

These people have been calling me almost everyday, from 12 noon till 7:30 at night they call every hour and sometimes every 30 to 45 minutes! I answer and it's a computer that says "Unknown caller, to accept press 1, to leave a voicemail press 2" Then they hang up. I called it back and it said something about a survey for a Waca and Walmart giftcard. Press 2 to unsubscribe your number. I've done that 3 times now and they are still calling me all the time. This is ridiculous!

It is a computer that talks you into claiming up to $150 in gift cards for filling out a survey but you have to log on to there website to claim it. Website tries to put suspicious software on to computer.

They called me today, said that it was in regards to a survey that i took to try to win an I-pad or walmart gift cart. told me that they were gonna sent me a 100 dollar walmart card and a 50 dollar gas card but i had they had to walk me thru the process over the phone and i had to go to their "secure" website and enter a password. I told her that i never did a survey and wasnt near a computer. she hung up. Never even asked my name. She talked too fast for me to catch the company name..

Sounds like some sort of scam to infect pc or get your personal info.....

It's a scammer. I have no idea how to stop them from calling, but they are annoying at the very least.

If you get someone calling about WAKA- hang up! They want you to go on their website so they can implant a trojan on your computer.

Me too...and it's to my cell phone belonging to my employer!
