Hi Mrs. Nellie. Please view the BBB reply. If you do not mind, please look back and see to whom the check (if paid by check) was written. True Care Carpet's office has been closed for months. This would explain why no return call. The owner is not out of business, he had medical issues and closed temporarily . Several customers have informed us that since late August they received calls, had "work" done etc. however when it came time to pay their bill they were asked to make checks  out to a different company name or to them personally.  The BBB is aware of this and probably consulting with consumer affairs and proper authorities. Again Please find out who payment was made to. If not True Care then that will explain why your mother has used us for years but now getting this type of service. It was not True Care doing the work. However, If you find payment was made to us Please let us Know, We will of course  make sure you and your mother are pleased as you have been the past several years.  Thank You

This is the number for True Care Carpet Cleaners.  They had done work for my 89 year old mother for several years.  They came out this last September to supposedly clean, but did nothing.  When she called asking them to look at what they had done, they made several appointments with her, but kept none of them.  They overcharged her, did not do some of the items they charged for, and did a terrible job on the work they did do.  They have never even attempted to come see her complaints or discuss them again.  We will never use them again.
