I got a call from them today saying I owed for a loan back in 2010. They called me as t work and threatened to garnish my wages. When I asked for them to send me something in writing they said they had already done that and when I asked for there address they wouldn't give it either. They are scam artist they change their name and number and run the same scam. STOP IT

I received the same kind of call once from a guy don't recall his name and then Nicolette branson that charges had been filed against me in Greenville county courts and that settlement offer had been uplifted for none payment I explained to her that my rent was due and that I couldn't afford 250a month she told me you can pay this amount and that same amount the next month and by march 25th that I should have my taxes done and pay the remainder off.I just told her I'll let her know when I'll file my taxes when I do my priorities will be taken care of first.she something serious to tell you when and how to use your money.I don't even bring home enough to pay all the bills I have to pay.

yes someone call from a law firm and  called my job with and my family stating that they were trying to get in touch with me. That I owe some type of debt I knew it was a scam because it happened before some landline in manning sc.

Civil suit for my Grandaughter. Caller did not leave name or say who he was.  The State's Attorney Office needs to find these God-less persons and put them where they need to go

Hi I got a call from them today and they told me that I needed to pay within 2 days or they was calling my police department to come get stuff from where I stay at or they was gonna take my checks when u start working and she asked me how was I making it and I was like excuse me and she stated she hate for the government to stop helping me cause I won't pay them I got a lawyer and I have a case against them cause they are not allowed to do that

I received a call from Garrett Moretti and Ross from Nicolette Branson. She went on to tell me that I owe on a loan from August 2011. I spoke with her concerning this matter, however, I told her. I was laid off and don't have the means necessary to pay on the loan. She went on and express how she was going to file a claim with the Clerk of Court. I aked what do you want me to do? Then she replied I know that you have living expenses, so how are you handling that? I said, you have some nerve asking me that and besides I live in a family owned home with my sister and she is the primary owner. I was so upset with her I hung up the phone. So I started doing some investigation on my own after I made a few phone calls to some friends that worked for loan companies. They both said it has to be a 3rd party collection agency. So I Google search the company by name and came up with different phone numbers and comments from people that has experienced these type of debt calls. One comment stuck out like a sore thumb and it stated if you ask for an address to send a payment, they will deny the contact innformation. So I made a return call to Nicolette Branso Branson and spoke with and apologize for the way I talked to her and she accepted. I asked for an address to mail a payment and she had me on hold for 8 minutes and then return to the phone and said, unfortunately we can't give out that information because they don't take payments by mail. I went to let her know that I know they are a 3rd party collection agency and trying to collect on a debt that has been sold to them by the primary lende and I was going to report them to Consumer Affairs if the call won't stop coming. She said I will report you to your local Police Department and give them your phone number because I was harrassing her. I asked if she was serious? She was upset because I found out about the company and what they stood for. Now I know where the company is located but only the city and state, but not the physical addree: street adress and zip code. Consumers BEWARE!
