They have started calling my cell phone.  I do not have any business with Citi Financial.

CITI Financial has no rules and regulations while calling. They call me 5-6 times a day even though telling them its a wrong number.

It is Citi Financial, they could save TONS of money by not calling 1 person 10 times a day! I've got to the point where I open my phone and then close it.

Yea its citifinancial, I am not even a week late on my payment and they start blowing up my phone. It just proves that you should never give these banks your direct personal phone number or the phone numbers of anybody important to you.

Keeps calling my cell phone and leaves no message.

These people have called here at least three times a day. I've told them that I have had this number for almost a year. They keep calling and I do not answer.I have gotten Do Not Call on my cell phone. So what's next. The last call was from India.I have nothing to do with Citi Financial. Please help. Same here, My payment was due on the 15th and it's the 18th.  I'm out of town on family emergency and they keep houding me calling about 5 times a day.

They call me CONSTANTLY from 5 different numbers...even though I'm only 3 days behind.

Yea, i get the same phone numbers, and im on 3 days late also.

I received another call from them today.  They call and we can hear there is someone there, but they wont talk.  Until I visited this site, I didn't know who they were.  Now that I know that it is Citi-financial, I am still confused as to why they are calling us.  We dont have any debt with anyone!  

Yesterday, I called them and first got a auto machine that wanted me to enter my account number.  I don't have an account number with them.  So the alternative would be to enter my Social Security number. Of course I am certainly not going to give my SS # to someone I dont know!!! Finally I got a person.  She asked for my phone number and then said it isn't in their "call directory".  She said to tell them when they call next time to remove our number.  Sounds good, but they call and wont talk to us!

I would ask for their supervisor and request your number to be cleared from the customer's account they are calling you about...make sure to get supervisor's name...if the calls continue beyond three days, I would request the address and send a formal letter notifying them of the change of number to your name and cc a copy to the Fair Credit Reporting agency in your state and the federal agency...

Just got a new phone and keep getting calls from CitiFinancial at 803-835-2500 Auto regrading a person who used to have my same phone number.
No matter how many times I tell them she is not at this number, I keep getting calls. What can I do to make the calls stoop?

Called me at work...4 days late on payment.  I thought that there was a grace period.

Citifinancial Auto, bill due on the 4th, started calling on the 5th despite 10 day grace period.

They constantly call even though I pay on time my mortgage.
