I keep getting this call too and there is no one there when I answer.

they call us 8 calls a day. we donot  want them calling. donot want  anything, will you stop calling us,at 570-457-4381.. i will find you and  and smash the telephone over your head.and others too. just keep it up, something bad will happen to you i warning you.

You are absolutely right. They call my job literally and I mean literally 25 times in a 7.5 work hour day. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wish they would stop calling and wasting my minutes!!!  So damn irritated!!!  Getting over 10-12 calls with an hour is HARASSMENT!!!  Does anyone have any idea on how to make "jack holes" stop calling???  When anyone gets a call from this number, does a name and face show up on your cell caller i.d.???  I keep getting this guy "SHANE FEELY" and his pic that comes up on my phone!  They better knock it off with these calls cuz if I ever answer it...I'll have a few "nice" words to give them!!!

This is how you stop them from calling it works... Call the number back, mute the call and conference call the same number. Each agent will end up calling themselves. It's awesome. They would answer the call and end up talking to another agent within there own office confusing each other. I haven't received any more calls. I can't even call the number because they blocked me from calling thus making them not able to call me..... I spent about 30 min doing this for 2 days that's all it took...... Happy Conferencing....

they cll me daily. Even on sundays while um n church and on my way home from church. I want to report them to the better business bureu but i dnt knw how.

I don't have any history of neither debt, nor relationship with HSBC or Credit One Bank.

Still this number called me and didn't leave a message.  Obviously they're overreaching.

As a habit, I never respond to unrecognized numbers and I mark them as 'spam/scam' with a silent ring tone.

I advise others to do the same. If no one responds to these scammers, they will have no choice but to look for another line of business.   The only reason spam/scam still exist is that some people respond favorably to it.

This is Credit One Bank.  They're persistent, to put it nicely. More than once I've told them that calling me every hour or 30 minutes or 12 minutes (I think that was the worst) wasn't going to make my financial situation improve any faster and that I felt that it was harrassment.  I talked to them twice yesterday (six calls) and twice today (three calls so far) about my account.  I made a payment yesterday; however, due to medical bills, it was not the full minimum payment.  The first "gentleman" I talked to this morning was rude and pushy.  When I called back after the second call this morning, I talked with a very nice lady named Sienna who apologized for the repeated call after I had already talked with someone.  I'm not holding my breath that I won't get another call today, but I also probably won't answer it - I really need to keep my job and taking personal calls is somewhat frowned upon at work.  My advice: if you get that pushy person on the line, get off the line and call back.  The person I talked to yesterday and Sienna were very nice, understanding customer service reps.  I know these folks are doing their job, and honestly, how horrible would this job be??? NOBODY is happy to hear from a bill collector! I'm much more willing to talk with someone who will listen to the situation and help in any way they can, so I try to be nice, but I guarantee if they're going to get nasty, I may get nasty back.

Stop calling this number.  the previous owner may owe you money but I do not.  As a debt collector for HSBC stopp calling.

HSBC VERY BAD COMPANY..THEY CHARGE LOT OF ANNUAL CHARGE .THEY CHARGED ME $520 NEVER DEAL WITH THAT .SHHH

this number called my cell phone 22 times in one day... and my account is up to date......something about an old late charge...........turnes out there never was one......

They have called me twice and no one answers. So I called them back and asked they were calling me. They asked me if I do business with some bank.  I said no and they said they would take me off the list.  We'll see.....

It's Credit One Bank, the most annoying sc#mbags on earth. I applied for their credit card, then never heard from them. A month later I get the card in the mail along with non-stop emails reminding me to activate. I noticed their annual fee is 75 bucks! What's worse is, these bas-tards charged my card the 75 bucks before I even activated it (I had no intentions of activating). I called the only number they provide to contact them with problems, which automatically activated my card.

They also call me from at least 9 different phone numbers. If they're harrassing you as well, here's what you do, aside from contacting the FTC. Get a free program called "Phone Tray". Run a telephone line from the wall to your computer's "phone in" and then out to your phone. Install the Phone Tray program. Whenever they call, from any number, add the number to your "privacy list" and set it to pick up after one ring. The program will play a message of your choice, even a realistic "The number you have reached is not in service". You can also set ALL 800 numbers to be handled similarly. It's a godsend, believe me. Now, on to the FTC website.

They keep calling but not leaving messages... I don't have an account with the bank people have mentioned. If it's them, I have exactly one credit card, from my credit union, which has a low balance and is paid up. I have a student loan that is paid up. Those are my only outstanding debts. Why are they calling me?

These idiots keep harrassing me. I have no idea who they are, I picked up and they were asking for Donald Trump. After that, I just keep ignoring their calls. It's been 4 days and they have been non-stop calling. I think i'll call the police if I hear another call from them.

Okay, did a little research b/c I received another call from this number on my home phone. The name of the company is I.C. System and there are a lot of complaints about their collection practices. Started getting calls from this number too...if it's a collection agency why don't they leave a message? I don't answer the calls but it's getting annoying. I guess that is the point.
