These people are annoying and low lives. When they can't reach one person in a company, they will try another one. Not happening!!! Wish they would go away! Caller can't speak good English and says he has to call for his boss. Give me a break. To Nick Hogan of CCA Financial - GO AWAY! Leave us all alone. We don't want your business or anything you have.

When questioned, the guy claimed to be from CCA Financial. He was asking for VPs and Directors...definitely a foreign call center.

I'm a U of R alum, so donation solicitation makes sense.

They call almost every day (weekends included). Enough is enough already. If I don't answer, take me off your list!

It's actually the number that shows up no matter which phone you call from on campus, but most likely it is the advancement office calling for money.

Thanks to Mac and Eller for the information. I received two calls from this number today while I was at church without any messages. Curiosity had me wondering until I googled this number and found your suggestions. U of R. Advancement makes sense to me. Thanks.

I also received a call from this number without a message, but as a UR alum I'm relieved to hear that it's probably just a call asking for donations.

My guess is that it is the UR department of "advancement services" calling alumni and asking for an annual monetary donation.
