I have received 2 calls today (4/7/2013) from this number (804 307 1903) and whoever is call from it is sitting on the phone and the hanging up after about 15-20 seconds. I called the number back immediately after the second incident and it  rang until the voicemail picked up.

I am reporting this as a precautionary measure.
