Why are these folks getting away with not following the rules of the National Do Not Call List? It doesn't seem to be much of a deterrant anymore registering on the National Do Not Call List. What a waste of time and resources.

I too would like to murder them. I get dozens of these calls. How did we all get this virus in the first place? Is it something we did/bought/called, so maybe we could warn others?

This number calls my home and my cell all the fkin time. If I don't recognize a number I just don't answer it, it's very simple, However there needs to be something that can be done to stop this invasion of erroneous calls from these idiots.
I'd like to find out who is behind this.They would be filled with rgret after i was finished with them.

I'm called daily from this number. It's a car warranty scam.

Called me but did not leave a message.  I tried to return call and got a standard message the call could not be completed as dialed.

Thanks kiwi13!  Just took your advice and called the number back.  Mine surprisingly went right through without numerous attempts. The automated recording also told me "by calling this number you have been placed on our do-not-call list" -- THEIR Do-Not-Call list??? -- but advised further it may take up to 24 hrs.

Update! If you call right away it's busy. Call a while later, it's not a working number. Call WAY later, you get a message stating that by calling this number, you have been placed on their do-not-call list. Here's hoping that works! Considering it was a computer and not a person, I assume it happens right away, and you don't have to trust a lazy telemarketer to do it, which they don't...

I've received about 20 or more calls from a different area code and number each time. Factory warranty BS.. I pressed to speak to a person around the 15th call and told her I don't have a f***ing warranty. She said my number would be removed from their list. What BS!!!
*note- DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. I'm not sure what they're doing but it is a scam of some sort.

Yes, the people that own the number "804-417-1867" are a completely disorganized bunch of riff raff that have no communication within their company.

I am a UK Citizen that spends part of my time in the UK (England) and part of my time vacationing in the USA (where I have a car and a cell phone that I keep on me at all times, in the UK and the USA).

The "warranty company 804-417-1867" call me on my CELL phone when I am in England, it costs me money, it costs them EXTRA money to make the call, because it is being routed through multiple phone companies for the call to be made.

I am not a US Citizen, I am a UK CITIZEN, so I do not even qualify for the garbage they are offering me.  I spoke on the phone with them ONCE 20 calls ago when they first rang me, explained my car is 8 years old with over 150k on the mileage, they said "you do not qualify because of the mileage, thank you for your time".... no apology on that day from them, or any other phone call since, they wont stop bugging me.

Is there anyway we can all team up and shut them down?  that would be a
god-send, I have an unlimited budget to do such thing, because I am a very wealthy man, mainly because 1 UK pounds is worth 2 US Dollars.... I drive and old banger of a car in the USA, because I like to keep my wealth in the UK where it accumulates very very very high interest :)

I thought I'd play along, so I pressed 1 to talk to a person, and asked him when my warranty was expiring.  He said he need to ask me what the make and year was.  So I asked him, "oh, you're just randomly calling people?  You don't actually know what their warranty status is?"  He hung up.
