I don't know who keeps calling from this number and hanging up everytime someone answers. I call back and it says this is not a working phone number please help stop the calls

Over the last five days i have recieved calls from this number, anywhere from 3-4 times a day. The first time they contacted me was the 26 of January and it was a picture message. Since i do not have picture messaging i don't know what it was. They stay on the phone average of 4-6 seconds and each time they wait for me to say something before hanging up, i have called back several times. They either pick up and hang up or the number is "not working".

Marketing Scam - called 3 times in one day

I received a call from this number and was a "sweepstake" entering that at the end of the call they finally tell you you will be charged $4.99/wk and ask for your credit card number. They talk very fast so you do not know what they are saying, I declined because I am pretty sure it was a scam. When you try and call back it tells you the number has been disconnected.

Someone continues to call my phone and breathe on the phone.Then they hang up.When I call back they click the phone off.I would like for them to stop calling my phone.
