They keep calling my cell phone and asking for my husband, who has been deceased for over 18 months. When I tell them he is not here they hang up. It is not always this number. I don't know how they connected him to my cell phone, I have called to see what I can get done about it, but the phones they use are outgoing calls only, that is why you are getting busy signal when you call back.
