This number calls my cell only. I have not answered it
ever. But when I call the number back from a land line there is no
ring or sound. Just a dead connection. I think it's some kind
of electronic throw away phone number used to not be
traceable or callable.

I called this one back after reading above post. Got nothing but a busy signal after 3 tries.

This is a car warranty scam. Don't bother. Another one is 804-230-3457. Check that number. You see many messages on scam report.
