Yes this # has called me so many time today I just notice 8 times in a row...WTF. As with the others they never leave a msg & keep calling back. This was helpful in my effort to figure out who this is..THANKS :)

804-6211-0715 is a insurance company, if you looked at quotes they will call you constantly, just tell them you are not interested

i got a call from this number and several 804 numbers so i decided to answer it, it was some foreigner talking about insurance discount, and he said will you keep this in mind when you go for new insurnace and i said no and then he was like can you hear me jesse and the call faded out i tried to call back and it said it was disconected,

I keep getting a call from (804) 621-0715. When I answer they hang up. I've tried calling this number back and the number is disconnected. I'm on the national do not call list. How can this number be disconnected if they are calling me. Getting frustrated because they call all hours of the day and night.

I've been getting several calls from 804 numbers too - and its the same thing - no message, no call back ability for any of them. I started answering it and not talking. They wait for 3 seconds and hang up. I also registered myself on the do not call list - but it will be 31 days before that takes effect.

I do know it is a cell phone! They are calling me to, no message. Must not be very impotant to them,
