NCO Group uses predatory tactics of calling, abusing, exploiting, relatives, friends, and others in search of some alleged debtor. They will also lie about you being associated or an alternate number used for contact information. If they've contacted you with a disclosure call you're associated or affiliated in some way to some alleged debtor. I have no debt so why they calling me?

Yeah, well, you fit the profile for a debt collector to a "T"-lying, arrogant, illiterate, obnoxious, childish name calling, etc.  I suppose "t@rd baby" is a popular Middle Eastern insult against Americans, eh, burr?

Calls but doesn't leave a message. A few times a day. Caller I D says M. Celebre.I don't know who they are so I just ignore.

Pretty sure it's collection agency.They've been calling the last couple of days and today I got a collection notice from NCO for a 48 dollar balance on a $ 6,800 hospital bill.Them and the hospital can kiss my a**.

I think this is a debt collector, possibly student loan collectors or for capital one. I have been unemployed for the past 6 months and everything is behind. I wish it would be jobs calling me back for interviews, but not in this economy.

Name on the caller ID was CELEBRE LYNN.  Blocking, because I don't know this person.  

I received a call from this number and the caller ID said "M. CELEBRE".  No message was left and no call back.....yet.

I received three calls from this number today but they didn't leave a message. When  I try to call them back I get that the number is not in service. In my research I see that some are saying it is a debt collector which is strange cause I have all my bills paid up. Also, why would a legitimate debt collector be hiding behind a disconnected number. I think I smell a skunk.

I Think It might be NCO but not sure, they have another 804 number that they use.

I too keep getting calls about every other day. They always come in when I am unavailable to answer and then when I call back I get the message saying the number has been disconnected. I'm behind on a couple bills so I was thinking it was about that but they make it impossible to call them back!
