Well-known fraud charity. Considered to be one of the worst 'charities' in the country. Over 85% of proceeds go to fund-raising, etc. Three guys run this outfit and keep most of the money for themselves.
They are using this new number. This time they had a well-spoken man who addressed me by name and called me sir. Sounded like he could have been a cop (most likely hired for his speaking ability.)
Don't give to these bums, it only encourages them.

You may block those calls yourself ... we cannot block them for you.
There is really no reason to get repeated calls from obnoxious callers.
Simply get a phone number blocking service, app or device.

This number and a couple of others from area code 804 call morning, afternoon and night. No voice just a hang up when I answer. Would like these calls blocked. Very annoying
