This company keeps calling, never leaves messages.  We cannot keep receiving these types of calls--they tie up our business line.

I answered and the person asked for my father. I asked can I take a message they said tell him to call Tyler at 1-866-212-7408. The caller became iritated when I asked what the call is in regards to.

They're a bill collector. If you have an iPhone just block the call from your received calls list if you have nothing to do with them.

I called them back and got a little rude with them before they could get rude with me. They are a collection agency and said they will label my number as a wrong number. They asked for someone I have never heard of. Hopefully they will stop calling me.

Called guy cwll, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message, and the caller ID says receivables perf.

These people called me  at  9:00 P.M. When I answered, no one said anything.  There is no reason for them to call me. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. DO NOT CALL ME ANYMORE. LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!

Rude and known to violate a person's rights. When that happens, gather evidence and file suit.

Hmm, not quite. The federal Do-Not-Call registry exists to help enforce the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Please note the operative term ''marketing''. A debt collector is not a sales person and is therefore not covered. Here are the DNC service terms you were supposed to review at registration time:

A sales caller cannot merely "think" it has an established relationship. The operative term is "established", not "assumed" or "imagined".

Simple skip tracing doesn't make a FDCPA case, but hostile conduct or ignoring a written order to cease contact would do.

Receivable Performance, a collection agency. At least for my situation, they are collecting debt on behalf of Victoria?s Secret credit card. I?m not sure if they work with any other establishments. The call will begin as an automated message, but I was immediately connected with a representative. They are very rude.

No message. No CID. Just endless calls. Grrrr. I won't answer "unknown" callers.

Today I received a call from 804-952-9944. The woman that called was laughing with her friends and told my husband that she want to talk with me. She said that she is from a collection agency, and while she was talking I hanged on. When I looked up on my caller ID there appeared RECEIVABLESPERF.
I she will not call again.

keeps calling my work number all day but not leaving a message

I have been receiving calls from this number which this is my Cell phone, for about a month.. every day sometimes 3-4 times a day.. I have even answered to be hung up on and Finally received a computer message wanting me to wait for the next available representative.. I waited for a operator, which was at least 5-7 min wait time.. They were asking for someone I didn't know.. Told them I wasn't that person, or even knew who that person was.. Yet they keep calling me everyday, in fact got a call 10 min before posting this message which was the 5th call today..

Unfortunately the Do Not Call list does not apply to someone that thinks they have a relationship (i.e. debt collector).  To bad you can't sue for wrong numbers.

I answered and it told me to hold on until the next operator was available. So I hung up. I get a call once a day for the past 4 days now.

I keep getting calls from this number at least 3 times a day, its really annoying!. When I do pick up there is no answer and the call just ends. Would this be considered harassment of some kind?

the started calling me about a month ago, calls all times day and night on my cell phone, and one day i got 15 calls between 7pm and 10 pm. they use a recording and will not stop calling. something about pain management

I get atleast 5 calls a day from them. Starting at 8am till midnight everyday. When I call back, they never answer!

I just called them back after a million calls and hang ups.  A guy answered and said it was a collections company.  He supposedly removed my no. after establishing that it wasn't me he was looking for.  Let's see!!

This number calls me at ALL hours. Called my cell during a school lecture, which was extremely embarrassing.  I wish they would stop... I don't have creditors, so I'm assuming it's either a wrong # or some sort of telemarketing? Either way, I'm on the do not call list, but I guess that doesn't really matter.
