If you get ANY calls from this man using either Nate Richman or Dave Young, please call the San Bernadino police right away.  They are on to him as the file is getting longer by the second.  He may have turned off this most recent number, but even if your call if from some other number with the same name, or similar or asking for the same thing, REPORT IT.  He is going to jail, trust me..

Nate Richman and Dave Young are the same person?  I thought the voices sounded familiar.  He picked the wrong person to pressure.  I know investigators and they are on his a** right now!  Look out Nate or Dave or whoever you are!

Nate Richman is his "OTHER" alias.  He is full of s*** and if he called your workplace, you need to file a lawsuit against him.  Have him tracked, file with the FTC, take great notes and then serve HIM with papers.  His violations are too numerous to add up.  If he is falsifying his status, its also FRAUD and he can be arrested for that.  I'd contact the police and start investigating.  This guy is a total tool and hides month to month.

Got a call from this number from a person stating his name is Nate Richman.  Provided some reference number but provided no other information.  He called my work number and my supervisor called him back and told him to cease phone calls to that number.  He claimed to be an investigator and got real nasty.  Total scam.

I got a call as well today from this number.  He claimed to have a "Case File" and has a professional sounding recording, but if you listen really closely, you can hear him playing on the computer in his bedroom or something like that.   There is no business (Reputable at least) attached to this number, and I KNOW that!  I checked the background of complaints against this guy and its a mile long.  IF they catch him and I think they are getting closer, the fines will add up quickly.  Each and every person who gets a threatening call from this number needs to report it as he IS committing fraud by masking the numbers he is calling from using ones you may know.  Press charges, sue the hell out of him or ignore him, but please report it!

Glad I read this before talking to this guy.  Seems to be a monstrous type.  I did call my local police and reported this number to the California Sherrifs department this morning.  Ive gotten in the habit of reading these google links after getting strange phone calls and I have learned so much about these types of scams and how this is illegal.  Thank you for all the information!  Gina

FBI is on to this Dave Young character.  He has committed fraud so many times, I lost count.  His name is not Dave Young, he is NOT a check investigator, his spoofed numbers are illegal attempts to get you to think you are being called by family or the law, when its actually a fraudulent act.  Press charges, sue him and do whatever it takes.  The more paperwork the better as he will go from being a little fish in his apartment collecting on crap, to a hunted felon..

TOTAL SCAM artist.  Working with some home device, a pre-paid cell phone (With a changing monthly number), etc..  Verizon is on to him, as well as the California police, the FTC, the FBI, etc..  If he is caught, agree to press charges because what he is doing is illegal and the fact he is hiding behind a fake title is FRAUD.  Most importantly, pay him NOTHING, as he is a scam artist.  He can scare you all he wants but these are nothing more than veil threats..
