This number as well as 623-239-3881 called and they did not leave a message or answer when I called back. Both numbers have the EXACT same recorded message. I asked them both not to call me again. They do not identify their business name.

I got the same call. Some telemarketers get paid by the number of calls they actually make whether they make a deal or not. They have to report the number they called, that's all.  We had some telemarketers work for us once and did just that; they got fired eventually.

I get calls from both 805-290-4681 and 213-536-4719 nearly every day.  They always hang up when I answer.  I called both back and get a recorded message identifying them as "Regional Media Group".  A web search shows that this company is associated with newspapers.

They claim they are calling from the LA Times, offering a "special" price for their subscription. Just ignore their annoying telemarketing tactics.
