Male calling from Michael & Assocs said he was looking for unknown person. I told him before I do NOT know this person and I've had my cell phone # for over 10 years. He kept calling back looking for this unknown person and insists it's the first time he's ever called my number. What a crock of sh*t!!

They are a debt collection agency. They were very rude he called asking for my mom and said tell her it is extremely urgent and she needs to call me within 2 hours. Ignore them.

They are debt collectors for American Express. There tactics are to harass you, send summons and try to get you in Small Claims Court. If this happens, get a Credit Card Debt attorney to represent you. Do Not Defend yourself!

They are a scavenger debt collection agency. They get invalid or out of date debts and try to collect on them. Their tactics are questionable.

They just called my house phone looking for my sister and they said they were calling from Law Offices of Michael & Associates and when I asked for what matter is this pertaining to he rudely answered saying she knows and hung up. Now I see that it's a collection agency company.

these guys come to your house and represent themselves as AT&t the phone company and say lines are down but they are a collection agency gathering information about people.

Collection agency identifying themselves as "Law Offices of Michael and Associates." Also Burke and Associates if you do an internet search by the phone number.

Got a phone call from (805) 379 - 8505. The caller even did not tell me who he is, what the call is about. Just mentioned: "It's not a called call. It's a very important business matter."
(So I Googled this number and says it's a law firm. I called them and their answering says: it might be a collection matter). I do NOT owe anything. Why did he call me?!!! How did he get my number?!!!
So I was waiting for Mr. nice guy.
He asked me: "What's your name and address?"
I answered: "I do not know who am I talking to".
He said than: "I am NOT talking to you" and he HUNG UP.
