If you see this caller ID on your phone, you better ignore or hang up on them!!! They called our business for 2 days straight NONSTOP. The callers sound like 2 drunk Middle Eastern guys giggling like little school girls. I was amused at first but they just didn't get the clue when I had my share of late night calls. They kept laughing like they were high then slurred things like "Honey" and  "Morning". Yeah, like that made sense! There's so much noise in the background, it's definitely a cell....and judging by the clarity of the call, a very cheap one too. Our system records all calls so I was able to isolate all the caller IDs they used throughout the night. I Googled them and discovered a listing by these jerks online!
