From the comments at least found out who called from this number. I don't answer calls if don't recognize the number. Won't bother asking them to remove from their list...apparently they won't.

Telephone solicitors working for Quality Exteriors Home Improvement Llc from Lubbock Texas trying to get a salesman on your front door to sell you doors, windows or siding. Call their office number at 806/792-2400 and tell a manager that you want off their boiler room list and WILL file a complaint with the FCC if you get any more calls.
