Ect.... I asked for what IC stands for, no answer, I asked to be taken off their list, they said there was no list, I said no personal info for you beacause I don't know what your doing with my info and you could steal my identity , he said it was all in my head
He hung up when I wouldn't confirm address or social

DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE - IT IS A SCAM.  These people have been calling my parents three time a day for the past four weeks.  Always very early and very late (they toe the line on the legal times that they can call).  And my elderly parents suspected a scam as I haven't lived there in 15 yrs and the reps who called all had thick accents.  So I just called this 651 number and spoke to "Bill".  I told him to stop calling my folk's phone number and asked him why they have been calling for me.  "Bill" was unable to locate any info using my name or my folk's  phone number and said that I would need to give him my Social Security number.  I told him that there was absolutely no way that I was giving out my SSN, and demanded to speak with a manager.  He told me that she was on another call and put me through to her voicemail.

I did a little research and found an 800 number for I.C. Systems....1-888-241-8960.  I called this number from my cell phone and the representative had all my info.  It was a collection from Paypal (I lost my credit card and forgot to update my Paypal info with the new card number).  I told the rep about my previous call and he advised me that they NEVER ask for SSN info.  He resolved the issue very quickly and then gave me his name and his rep #.  He did not know what to make of "Bill" other then to say that I.C. Systems would never ask for the Social Security Number and the call center reps should always be giving out their first name and rep # when asked.

I will be reporting my chat with "Bill" to the office of the MN Attorney General and will also be sending them a recording of the call (after all, we too can record calls for quality purposes).

They suck giant asssssssss...stop it now...im gonna call all their spouses and tell them they are cheating ..

P.S-Sorry about the typos. And also, we just paid our bill 4 days ago, and STILL keep getting this call.

I Googles this number because they call me 3-4 times a day. I never answer, but then I dont answer numbers I dont know. If it's that important they could leave me a msg, but never do, why bother calling them back?

I would make complaints to the Better Business Bureau. They shouldnt be calling you asking for your personal info., or fishing for your information I should say. You dont know who these people are. I know for a fact some companies hire prison inmates to do this work, so how do you you're really not giving your info over to someone like that? I would just file a complaint with BBB.

I don't know about other phone companies, but with AT&T you can pay $5/mo and have a block list (I forget the actual name of the plan). You can add up to 15 numbers and add/remove numbers as you wish. When you add a number, that personal will not be able to call you, nor you them. They will get a recording to the effect of, "This number is no longer available." I know I will be adding this number to my block list. Maybe after a while they'll eventually stop calling.

I do not have an AT&T account (nor any delinquent account) so this company has no business calling me. They obviously have the wrong number but continue to call.

if you do owe AT&T, pay/contact AT&T directly, not ICS.

Just got my first call from the above number 651 204 1347.  Thanks to the other people who have written about this number, I will not answer again.  Mine sounded like an operator had to hook him up with my number, then he ask for someone else.  He had a heavy foreign accent.

Man.... me too I haven't pay my phone bills from AT&T. 2 days ago my dad answered them so they had a conversation and I bet that debt collector wanted me to pay my bills but i can't afford it so I  was thinking that he might asked my dad about "why dont you help your daughter? or why dont you pay your daughter's bills? then my dad acted funny he said "hehaha you mean I'm gonna pay that bills no way mister cos I can't afford that too! so I want you to help my daughter how to pay her bills?" Then debt collector told him that what about 10 dollars? then my dad told them "10 dollars isn't enough, I can't afford it " I think that debt collector is trying to convince us to pay those bills even though we don't have enough money we have just giving to our electricity bills, our rent, as well as Im currently looking for a job. I hope my dad don't answer them again cos I think it will happen over and over to convincing us to pay that phone bills, so annoying. ya'll know.

I put the phone number to my reject list. They keep call me more times than ever. I am mad now....Want to dress him down.

My calls looking for Linda confused me now I know what the heck was going on. Today they told me they were IC and looking to set up a customer base??? We are retired and have zero bills. There has to be a way to report them and stop the calls.

They have called 24 times in the last few days. I have never answered them. I put them on my phone reject list so it won't ring but I an sick and tired of seeing their number every time I open my cell phone.

They called my daughters phone several different times in the last week. On average they called 4 times a day.  First time they asked for Janet, and then on Wednesday they were asking for Jeff. I know it is not a new number thing because she has had the phone for 2 years. My wife answered tonight and said if they called again they were getting a law suit on their hands. Good thing she is a lawyer.

repeated calls from this number. When we answer our phone they disconnect. When I called the number they answered and asked for my number but when I questioned what kind of business they were he hung up. VERY unprofessional!!!!

These people call me constantly and I never answer the phone, I dont even have a credit card so I dont know why they keep harassing me. I wish they would leave me alone. I can complain about them so they will hopefully stop if it comes down to that. What is their problem?

Same story here-   they have call my home number 3-4 time a day- never leave a message-
When I pickup  they start phishing for information about who I am and my social security numbers.
I told them I don't give out this information to some stranger who call my house- They say there is a business matter regarding ATT  if you would like to clear it up please continue the conversation.  
I told them the conversation is over- If ATT wants to talk to me they know my number-  STOP CALLING ME!!!!   The person on the phone said "the calls will continue"  CREEPERS!  
I called ATT to add the call screen service-

these guys are really got me worked up-  if you wife want's to to a class action suit- I'm game to join in

These people keep calling me its so annoying

they call and don't leave a message. If it is a collection agency, we don't have anything that would have went to collections.

They started calling me on Friday.  2-4 calls per day from them.  If they call when I'm not working I'll give them a piece of my mind.
They won't leave a message and I haven't spoken to them yet.

They are calling me too. every single day. I picked up several times and they hanged up on me!!! I tried to talk and find out what are they calling about, but when I pick up the phone I hear nothing but silence!

They call 6 to 8 times a day, asking to verify our social security numbers.  They will give no further information so we hang up but they continue to call back.  This has been going on for months.

They have been calling for a couple of days now - but they do not leave a message.

They call EVERY day and i NEVER give them ANY personal information.We just say I'm not here lol
