I received a call from this no. 806-734-6300 on 2nd Mar 09 at 1:12PM. The girl is offering IRCTC card. Rs.500 is to paid & they will give 350 points worth of 350 Rupees. There wont be any transaction charges or tax if we book tickets in IRCTC and it also acts like credit card too. This card seems to be OK if one travels frequently on trains.
