Received a bill for 90.83 and have attempted to reach them on four different calls; left word on answering machine to contact two different Insurance Co.'s to help pay the deductable on my Medicare. Have not been able to talk to anyone yet! I guess they are all out of the office......

Big hoopla when this area's hospital, etc. changed to McLaren, while most everyone I know just groaned.  They are already miscoding simple office visits, so my insurance refuses to pay.  I called them at the phone # herein, and the answer was that the charge wasn't in the system yet.  Illogical and baloney, because the ins. co. received the charge and refused it due to miscoding.  Heads up everyone---if you want action, contact the Michigan State Attorney General, division of health insurance.  Enough complaints in the file that are unresolved work against any halfazz companies.  I see they also have health plans under Obamacare.  No, thanks!

I am having the same issue. I never received a bill but they call me once a day. They are charging my insurance company for an outpatient hospital charge when I was seen in the doctors office. Which is making me pay a hospital deductible. My insurance company stated they need to bill as a doctors office but when addressed with McLaren they refuse. I am looking for a new doctor.

They called this morning.  No message!  They are trying to charge me for an office call, when I went in for a blood pressure check.  Already talked to someone and disputed the charges.  Going to address the problem when I go to see my doctor!

Doesn't that make sense? Same here. My bill was 40 copay they were not able to process the day I was in because I guess the computers were down.

Me too! They claimed to have billed me on two different occasions. Yet I've never received any. Not to mention they never leave me a VM, I work all day, receive many phone calls. Why would I call a # back I do not recognize that left no VM? Hmm

My problem is that I never receive a bill, just those annoying phone calls. Can't pay at time of service because the office does not know how much to charge. A VERY crappy way of billing. $

I too, got a call from this 810 342 6505. ans.phone, no responds... checked google and find out its McLAREN.I got a bill from them in November for services back in March. It had been so long I thought ins.had paid it.SO,I was not in a hurry to pay them.

Same here - Same company. I have a $19 bill that I tried to pay when I was in the office being seen but they couldn't handle processing a payment.

It's from McLaren or MMMI PHY Billing, they sent a bill to my home dated 6/17/11 I have been on vacation for 3 weeks just got home and I have 4 phone calls from these people on my machine.  One bill and four phone calls, McLaren Doctors must be desperate.  I wonder how much money they have spent on my 100.00 bill?

Looked it up on white pages - says it is Client Financial in Flint, MI.  Must be a collector.

It is McClaren Medical Group if you call back the number.  Didn't wait to speak to a person. The phone is based in Flint. MI
