got  a call from this number 7727825020. this guy calls himself as advocate sunil mittal from delhi court for a payment of rs 3020 for airtel 4g dongle connection. if i dont pay up i will be summoned to delhi court where as i am from pune. is such a thing possible. this number belongs to tikono( as per true caller).

Dont worry guys, this cheap company has hired goons for recovery, they are really so cheap that they cant fight a legal battle

i also got a call from this number multiple times, HARASSING ME, saying sometimes from court, sometime from police station.. to pay the penalty of Rs. 50,000 and 20,000 etc. for not paying tikona bill of 2300. I am not sure which pending bill amount they are taking about.

I got a call from 8107477461 number. That guy was saying he is a advocate from Delhi court and Tikona has filled a complaint against me to pay 2300 amount. In case of not paid i have to pay 2.3 Lakh as a penalty.
When i called TIKONA billing department, they say there is nothing to be paid.

8107477461--I also got call from this no. for reliance bill. I feel these are some recovery people working for different companies. Though I am already in touch with reliance office for resolution of charges which they have wrongly charged in my account and they gave a consent also for reversal. In the meantime this guy started calling, telling his name as advocate arun misra. I feel these matters should be escalated further.

I also got a call from 9736294035 saying he is a police and there is a case against me in Lok adalat. I asked him which police station he is calling from so he did not say anything but just avoided that question and instead asking where I reside. I asked my husband to take this call and my husband asked him what is the persons name who has opened the case, he said he is Surender Pal, and then my husband asked the police station address but he avoided he said you can take the advocates number which is 7835887064, So my husband called this advocate guy and this guy said call me after 5mins i will your wife's file, after 15 mins my husband called him back and asked about the case and he really avoided the question also and rather said give some money and dissolve this case. my husband said ok but I want to come to ur office and meet you, he denied and said u have nothing to do with me. I am located in Mumbai, my husband said I can come to mumbai no issues, still this guy did not give address. I tried to trace this numbers and found 9736294035  from himachal pradesh and the other was a voip number system generated which could not be traced. This people are so professional and speak exactly as per the character they take and this police guy was talking bit haryanvi lang.

Got a call from this number asking to pay X amt as the company has filed a case against me in delhi 30 hazari court. Dont know if it is a fraud or some recovery agents hired by the company.
I believe the companies are selling their non operating accounts to these people and they are calling with such fake identities for recoveries and whatever is made out of it is their profit.

Hi all,  I too got a call from the same person claiming to represent airtel.  He has been demanding money to settle dispute which has been created by airtel by charging me for wrong plan which i have never opted. We should complain about this. Pl update further.

If they complain, I have lots of proff againts them, they sold me a wrong plan actually.

Why they do this? even they dont have studied our previous plan, complains, mails etc. HIGHTS

what needs to be done to stop this act of harrassing people ? any law or legal formality to complain against him where actual action is taken on them.. Please give your suggestions .

guys same person called me yesterday ...and threatenin me to pay amount 2500 which i hv already paid 3 mnths back..and also threatend me for paying otherwise 20000 rs..i thnk why dont we put a complain against him n police...

i have received same call.first from a girl asking me to provide my complete address as courier need to be dispached.then on 25 feb jst two days aftr..got cal from a guy sayin he is from 30 hajari court delhi.a case is filed againts me for not paying bill.as i dont hav any broadband connection.i understood that time itself tht he is a fraud guy..then i gav call to tht girl to knw status of my courier she said you wil recieve.then i asked whr is ur ofice..didnt giv answer.she disconnected call.

I have recieved same cal, firstly a girl called me from no. 07737312402 was saying she is from courier company first flight, i need to provide complete address to her. when i provided, 2 days after arum misra called me saying he is from 30hajari court, my bill is pending, i will be jailed. but i knew about them as i searched that girl no. in google and found some complaint for that no.

I got multiple calls, one time claiming form lok adalat or 30Hazari adalat and once claiming to be sub-inspector , these are fraud guys, i abised the and told do whtevr they want to do. They say i have not paid my tikona bills ( i used tikona 2 years before ) and threaten to get jailed or 50000 fine and blah blah . They are just peaople hired by tikona . Tikona sucks man.

I also have the same phone call yesterday, Airtel sold me fraud plan and that they sent me 3 months bill even after service was disconnected right that time.

I got a call from this same person and threatening me about all fines and getting money out of me and claims its for Airtel where I have informed that Airtel has sold a fraud plan to me and then had disconnected my service this guy was very rude and was not willing to listen and calls and argues and hangs up also I have escalated an email complaint to Airtel and also to the TRAI .
