Joe Franklin called from Red Vector in Tampa, Florida wanting to speak to our owner's assistant regarding continuing education for our owner. He has called a couple times, when I told him that our owner's assistant was unavailable and I could put him in her voicemail, that way IF she is interested she would give him a call. Well Mr Franklin didn't like that and got testy with the fact I said IF she was interested. Just another annoying telemarketer.

Called on my work phone.  Caller ID said "Florida." Left message saying they are a continuing education company and that they "have some questions about engineering in Wisconsin that only you can answer."  I am licensed in MN and WI, and licensing renewals are due in both states this year.  PE licensing info is public record, so they must have gotten a list and are cold-calling engineers in the hopes of finding those who still need continuing education credits.

Vector Learning is a continuing education telemarketer.  When I told "Edward" I was not interested he called me STUPID!!!   Are you kidding me???  

Asked for our CEO, regarding his Licensing.  He knows how to obtain his license!
