Called me yesterday about saving $ on insurance. When I mentioned scams, they hung up. Called them today and it says number unavailable.  Florida

Reiterated harassing unwanted calls from this number never leave a voicemail , call back get a run around. Added to block list on iPhone :)

I called the number back and got an automated message about discounted newspaper subscriptions. After listening to several options I was able to select an option to have my number removed to stop further calls within 48 hours.

Got a call from this number several times, no message left.  I usually turn my personal phone off when I'm at work, so don't know what they wanted.

They hung up when I answered, so I called back.  The person said their name was Kendra & that they were calling for a children's cancer fundraiser.  When I informed her that I donate directly to St Jude's she mumbled something & hung up on me.  Legit companies will NOT do that.

I got a call from this number thank you all information.  I don't know how they got my number.

i have received a call from this number 3 times today alone.  I just don't answer.

calls all the timeand if asked claims to be the holder of my credit card. when pressed they don't have a clue who i am and end up hanging up on me. just trying to get card business and ignore do not call list.

A man called and threatened my children.  I am trying to find out who he is.

Same thing here, got a call from this number & didn't answer.  They left no message.  Tricky because we have elderly relatives in FL.  Thanks everyone, I'm glad I didn't pick up!

Phishing scam. Be aware!!! I don't think this is the first call I've gotten from these bums. Card Member Services is the name they used. She may sound sweet and doe eyed but she wants to steal your identity.
Ten years in a collections unit have taught me how to ruin someone's day without raising my voice or using foul language. I think I made my point and she hung up. ;} Ha ha ha!!!!

Left a recorded message about some "charges on my CC," I don't even have a credit card. Definately some sort of scam.

I just received a call from this number and pressed the 9 when the gentleman answered I told him I wanted off of his call list and he hung up on me.  This is obviously a serious scam.  Trying to get our information and to lower interest rates they say.  Please pass this along and let your credit card companies know.

Got call again and pressed 9. Guy said got call because you have more than $3,000 on Visa or Master Card.  He knew my last name!  Said they service over 551 banks.  Mentioned Bank America Card Members. Says it is in terms and conditions that they can call.  (I have opted out of all solicitations on all my cards.)

When I told him that we paid ours off monthly, he said pay the bill in its entirety or pay the minimum payment.  I said the entire amount and he hung up!  Must have thought there was a tracer on the line.

Talked to my credit card companies and trying to get their fraud departments to investigate.

Called today for first time.  Left no message.

Called land line @ 2:05... I did not answer.

Got call from this number, left no message. Shortly after got call from 5672484400, different area code so probably unrelated, but odd.

Just got the same call, pressed 9 and when I asked what card they were calling in regards to they hung up. They knew my name and address though which is very troubling...

Got an unsolicited call today from this number 813-305-5214.  I had a hunch that this was a solicitation, did not answer ... no message left.  Given the list of people who have reported the call, I think my hunch was right.

Lesson for everyone:  You don't have to answer your phone. If you don't recognize the number, don't worry, if it's important, they will leave a message.  Finally, use this wonderful service.

Received a call...refused to answer...left no message....called ID indicated call was from Florida.  I am on the DNC list so why do mI get calls from these crooks ?   They need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Just got a call from woman that said she was mailing out package for my daughter to help her with SAT's and did not know my last name is different from my daughters, did not meantion School name once. I replied to her "is this going to cost me money she said yes and she wanted to explane the package more and then I told her I have never heard of such thing and I knew nothing of her and was not giving her money over the phone... Well U guessed it... she hung up!

Oh and I heard voices like telemarketers in background.

id caller showed it was a cell phone from FL did not leave msg i am tired of telemarkerters calling my home asnd now they are starting to use cell phones to get people to answer their house phone .....scum bags....if i dont know it i dont answer... one  i did answer and after they started to say something i turned up my speakers on my radio and put the phone next to it and blasted their ears never got a call back from that telemarkerter again lol.....

Called and caller ID says was a cell phone number.  Hangup.  No message left.

Play the game, answer all questions nicely, but provide fake SSN and fake CC. That will help them get arrested.

Had them call the other. I usually don't answer if I don't know the number but it said wireless number and I didn't if someone I knew may have gotten a new number so I answered it. Figured it was a scam when the message said that where calling from the credit card company and if I was interested in lowering my payments press 9.  I had two red flags on this one.  For starters they never said which credit card company secondly I don't have any credit cards.  I hung up.  Just another identify theft scam.  When in doubt just hang up.
