A man from India saying he needed to talk to me or my attorney for a very important legal matter. Seems weird. If I find out more, I will let you know.

I received a call yesterday and today from this exact same phone number, man from India. Very weird, but the weirder part about it is that he has the names of my children and threatening legal proceedings and even an arrest if no response. He called himself Officer Johnny Blaze, that was the first clue along with the accent that this wasn't a true call and no law enforcement agency would call to warn you of any arrest if no response by a particular time of day. My biggest concern is where are they finding the numbers for the cell phones and how are they finding and knowing family member names, my children are grown adults. These types of calls somehow have to be stopped or traced as to where they are originating and how they can possibly find the information they have.  That part really concerns me!!

my friend received a call from this number in regards to money that was allegedly owed to CASH NET.  The male subject identified himself as Beck Johnson but had a accent, probably east indian, and stated that if the amount of $127.00 was not paid at the close of this date they would in turn have to pay $500.00 by the end of the week.  If that amount was not paid they were then comming to get my friend and take them to jail and to get out they would have to pay $5,000.00 bail.  Beck Johnson also stated that he had an attorney by the name of Thomas Wayne that was representing Cash Net.  I found out that the number was from the Florida area. Upon subsequent calls back to Cash net Beck Johnson was very rude and hung up on me numerous times demanding that I listen to him and he was not going to listen to me.  this is obviously a scam and I would suggest to anyone that gets a call from them to just hang up.

These guys have been calling me for several months now. Usually only a few calls a month. I never call back or answer. All of the other comments are identical to my experiances. My wife is worried, but I tell her it is just a hoax. I do wish they would stop though...

Rec'd a call 05/15/09 @7:49am at work. Stating this matter is really urgent and needs to speak w/ me or my attorney, if not, he wishes good luck for me and my kids.

YEA SOME HOW THEY HAVE MY INFO , THEY ARE CALLING FROM A WIERD NUMBER AND SAYING THE REPRESENT CASH NET.COM THIS IS A SCAM. THE THREATED TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND ARREST ME. I CALLED THEM BACK AND AS SOON AS I SAID THAT I REPORTED THERE PHONE NUMBER TO POLICE AND FBI THEY HELD DOWN A LOUD BUTTON AND HUNG UP. NOW ANYTIME I CALL THEY DONT ANSWER.

Received a call from #037680433 today and eventhough I didn't understand much of it I did catch the words urgent, "call back right away in the next few minutes or . . .", attorney. To me it sounded threatening. The number I was supposed to call back was 646-918-5083 and the caller was foriegn and said his name was Kevin Jones.

This caller from this number 1-037-680-433 keeps calling my cell number demanding that I return his call due to a urgent matter regarding a payday loan with CASH.net and telling me there will be a consequences if I or my attoney does not return the call immediately. First of all, he has violated the consumer acts by threatening me and second, he says GOD Bless at the end of the message don't know business end with GOD Bless.  He changes his name twice on both messages the first time it was John and the second time it was Michael. Both John and Michael voice sound a like . He must think I'm some kind of fool.  The next time this caller call me I will answer the phone and it will not be a nice and professional conversation.

a guy called me stated his name Eric Ford and I h/u and he called right back and said that I need to call him back because they have a lawsuit against me for a payday loan on the internet and I need to call him right back. Now mind you a couple of months ago I gotten a call like this before and they said they was have sherriffs to come to my job and I disregard the calls and they stop calling and it has started again. just dont pay them any attention especially if you know you have not applied for any kinds of loan.

Got the same call from Brad... Nice accent... I have gone round and round with these people. They are scammers and are trying to scare people into giving them personal information... My husband and I started playing with them when they call. Now we start threatning and questioning them and of course it turns to insults and cussing from them. In fact I think they once said that they would send somebody to get my mother...Don't listen to them unless you are bored and want to play on the phone with them. Just a warning though if you do...They will call you about 4-5 more times the same day to insult and threaten..

Guy called said that I would suffer raminfications should I not return his call.  I called, he gave me a social security no close to mine, he ended the convo with F YOU!  Nice.

I had a voicemail from this guy with a similar message. Indian accent but said his name was Kevin Jones. I simply hung up on him.

hi Tess I had a very similar call to yours but from a different number.  He said if I didn't call him back there would be legal consequences.

This guy said his name was Brad.  He sounded Indian.  He said me or my attorney needed to call him immediately, I should not ignore his call, and if I didn't call him back, the ramifications would befall on me.  He called a couple months ago too.  Totally weird.  I might have my attorney call him, but I suspect it's a hoax.

I got a called from the same guy and he said that I took a payday loan over the internet from a company and that they deposited some money in my account and that I didnt pay for it. And because of that they were now going to put me in jail.

I own a million dollar company. I dont need any money. They crazy. I am going to sue the company for false information and for telemarketing when my phone was under the do not contact list
