Most recently, in 2012, the FCC revised its TCPA rules to require telemarketers (1) to obtain prior express written consent from consumers before robocalling them, (2) to no longer allow telemarketers to use an ?established business relationship? to avoid getting consent from consumers when their home phones, and (3) to require telemarketers to provide an automated, interactive ?opt-out? mechanism during each robocall so consumers can immediately tell the telemarketer to stop calling. I hope that these people see this as this was what I was looking for in the law side. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW.

I have been receiving calls from this number and I also get no replies from them. I have lived in England for the pass 26 years and I am still finding out about the laws here in Florida. Is there a law about un-wanted phone calls as in England you can take companies to court if they keep calling you as it is considered harassment. I put it down to the phone number I was given by the phone company I have. but this is starting to get a bit out of hand and these companies need to be put back in their place.

Called a couple of times today on my fax number. I finally picked it up and asked who they were. She said Diversified Consultants and I asked what that was and she said it was a call center. Google "Diversified Conltants complaints" and get an eyefull!

Calls several times a day. If I answer, no one is there. Often if I answer I get a dial tone... like I just picked up my phone to make a call but I was trying to answer. It seems like they call only to make my phone ring. They leave no messages if I do not answer.

Been getting spam calls every other hour for the past few days from this and another number. I don't answer, they leave no message. I have zero debt or due bills so I can almost guarantee its a wrong number of just a scam.
