Then you should contact the DNC  and opt out of the service.  It's not going to block calls for you.

Sounds like they need to purchase an updated list from the DNC as the law requires for businesses who telemarket legally.

FYI,  a business is allow to call and present their services if their ultimate intent is to arrange a  face to face meeting between you and a representative of that company.  In reading your post,  It looks to me that she was in the process of arranging such a meeting and not in violation of the Do Not Call Registry.

seeing how this "Advanced Air Solutions" just want to keep calling without leaving a message, How about leaving a message with your friends for Advanced Air Solutions?
 That would be; DON'T RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE!! THEY WILL KEEP CALLING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY UNTIL SOMEONE ANWSERS THE CALL.    PASS THE MESSAGE TO ALL AT YOUR WORK, OFFICE, MAC DILL AFB, AND COMMUNITIES WHERE YOU LIVE.  THEY WILL STOP!!
ONCE THIS MESSAGE GETS AROUND AND THEY START TO LOSE OUT ON REFERRALS.

I get a call three to four time a day from these people. I will call the 813-343-5550 and I will report them to the FCC. Thanks for the info

This number is owned by XO Holdings which is owned/managed by Global Crossings.  The caller has leased/rented the number to appear to be local. The caller can literally be anywhere in the world.  Be careful.

Thank you guys for telling me its Harrell Home Services...i called them directly...they said they would take me off the list...if they dont i have their address now...I will go down there and give them my piece of mind if they call again

I have been receiving calls from this number a few times a week. When I pick up, there is no answer. When I call  them back, the response is "this mailbox is full and cannot receive anymore messages at this time." The name that shows on caller ID is M. Stroz. What would be the purpose of these calls except to annoy and irritate people? Is there a way to stop it?

I just called the 813-413-5550 number and talked to a real live person.  Said that I had called before, was tired of getting phone calls and after two or three rings, and I answered, no one would answer me.

The gal who answered said she would remove our number (I've been assured of this before, and said she would give the info to the Manager - evidently that's who M. Stroz is.  I told her that I was going to report them to Verizon if I received one more phone call.  Let's see if it works!

We've been getting calls from 813-343-8038 for several weeks - sometimes two in one day.  I called back - and their voice mail says that their mailbox is full.  I understand it is an Air Conditioning Business in Odessa (Florida) just North of Tampa.  I called them, asked to be removed, and we're still getting calls!  

I'm going to report this to Verizon and see if they can handle it.  Verizon tells me unless I have FIOS service I cannot block calls.

I just phoned the number (813-413-5550 Harrell Home Services) that Tara has recommended and spoke with Tiffany and asked to be removed from their phone listing. I also asked how they acquired my business line and stated it was a random  number pull which I found odd but could be a computerized program they are using.

We, too, have been getting daily phone calls with the name on our caller ID as M Stroz - when I searched and found the Advanced Air Solutions number, 813-413-5550, I called them and firmly told them I was tired of getting daily and sometimes more than one, call from them and to please take us off their list.  She took my number - we'll see if it is true.

I get a call 2 or 3 times a week. There is never anyone on the line.

When I call back, the mail box is always full.

I called Air Solutions and told them not to call anymore. They said they will put me on their DNC list.

When you answer they hang up.
If you don't answer they never leave a message.
The caller ID lists M STROZ.
This is beyond annoying.
This is harassment.
