Calls all hours for the past month, 3X a day, sometimes at 7:00 AM, finally answered and said "Don't you ever call this number again" and the calls still continue. What can be done??

I spoke to a rep who stated that i won $100 in gas, then went on to say that i will receive other service packages where i have a free trail and that i can cansel befor the trail is up. They called about a card that i dont have and i stated to them several times that i did not hav that card so i decided to listen to what they had to say and agreed to what they were offering and never received anything. So i tried to call back the number was not in service so now i have something that is going on my credit that i know nothing about, i thought by be interested i could some info about this caard that they say i have

I am trying to figure out who is calling from this number as well

No answer, then out of service message.  Any idea what is going on?
